Eligibility
Anyone who run a site that fulfill the following criteria could have access to the Program Owners (Private Folder) here.

* Give rewards to members for performing a certain task e.g. visit a site, read email.
* Do not require members to pay anything to join.
* Do not require members to own a website to get paid.
* Member has 50 quality posts at GPF with at least 1 month membership OR 3 months membership. If the applicant has a membership of at least 3 months, they must be at least a 'Full Member'.

Application
1. Login to your Control Panel and change your email address to your program's support email. You cannot use a free email or your own ISP email address as the program's support email. The address you use must end with the domain of your program. It does not matter what the part before @ says. (For example support@yourdomain.net)

2. Check your email box for a validation email and confirm your new email address.

3. Send a "Request for Program Owner status" PM to the Forum Administrator HERE

Processing of Application
Your application will be reviewed and granted access within 7 days depending on your eligibility.

Removal Of Program Owner Status
- The information posted in the private PO folder is private and confidential. If a PO shares the information posted in the private PO folder in the public forum of GPF or anywhere else outside the folder will have his/her PO status immediately removed.

- If the program owner is interested in receiving PO status at GPF once again which gives the PO access to the private PO folder, he/she will be required to reapply 6 months after the removal of the PO status.

- Checks are carried out at 1 Year intervals. All GPF Members that have Program Owner Status will be contacted via PM, by the Administrators or their appointed Staff representative, to verify which sites they own. Failure to respond to the Verification PM by the allotted deadline will lead to removal of PO Status and the Member will have to re-apply if they wish to regain that status. Administrators and Moderators must not be blocked by any Member from sending them PMs - failure to receive and respond to the Annual Check PMs is no excuse and status will still be removed.

- In the event a person with PO status no longer owns a site, it is a must to let the administrators know as soon as possible, so that the PO status can be removed.
