He has pulled down every thread in his support section where he was being exposed for downright lying to me and others.

He owes me $350 of which $200 is 2 weeks late...
in accordance to our payment agreement....
he refuses to make contact by email, phone, or mail.

He has literally stole SafeEarnings, a site I completely came up with, including changing the membership rules....our script never noted the upline of each member, therefore he is now scamming the SafeEarnings members.

He has continually lied about many things including his involvement with Thane, which I proved from the iSAAF post that he deleted from his support section.

Do not be fooled, he has scammed me for $100's
stole my ownership to a site that was my idea
and it is known that he is a convicted felon that is on parole....

The only thing I know to do is to keep telling people in hopes that my hard earned money that he stole from me and my members of MulahMail will be returned including his SafeEarnings debts to me and my buyout share as well.

I gave out many prizes at SafeEarnings, he has never paid me for any of the members that joined and even took my "stealth matrix" money to pay referral fees to the members...he is spending all this money as fast as he gets it and it is your money that he's taken...not just mine.

Jason is nothing but a thief and a coward....
all he does is delete threads and not answer up!

My paypal is gone from having a mlm...many other webmasters have done the same and it was not a scam, I paid many people and am still redeeming memberships...

For those who are bored by Sheila's posts, stay off the EDITED forum. This is a place for us to voice any opinion we have and I do not appreciate anyone telling any other member to "quit boring us". Obviously, the lady has a legit complaint. Mr. Merritt has admitted through his correspondance to her that he owes her money and has been quite delinquent in paying it. If he didn't owe her, why would he make arrangements to pay her? None of us know what went down between them and their personal business relationship, but I don't see Sheila upset at anyone else, so she must have a reason. My gripe is this, if Sheila wants to post a million times that Jason is a jerk, she has that right, and vice versa, so those of you who don't want to hear it, well, you know....

I appreciate being warned, but as a person with a mind of my own, I will take all things into consideration. Some comments should be made privately so that this thread doesn't turn into a mudslinging contest.

It is interesting to watch others behave badly, however, and educational regarding human nature. Sheila, I appreciate your warning. Jason, I don't think anyone is going to judge you without cause, so relax. If her accusations are baseless slander, then ignore it.
