It appears that Email Earnings must be hard up for money. They are pilfering members earnings. They also don't answer emails that pertain to stealing...So I can only assume that I am correct...There is no downline that could be a factor in this case...If you are still a member of them
BEWARE ! Does anyone know who ownes this site ?

************************************************************
I take this back. Seems there was some confusion, and misunderstandings

First off, let's get the site name straight ac.gif
EmailEarners?
Chris Hoolihan owns that and has just gotten back from vacation, I am sure he will answer your concerns quickly, as he is an active member here and one heck of a great webmaster. 2nd, the site was converted to new scripts. With our sites, the problem was always people going to the old members area, rather than entering through the front. <shrug>

I got your email and replied but it bounced, thats your problem, I can't do anything about that.
In fact, if I'm not mistaken, you sent that email less than 24 hours ago. I don't know about you but I don't exactly think that's enough time to wait for a response before starting to slander my program.

We are not stealing your earnings, first of all it is just not possible to do with our scripts. Second of all, the real reason this happened was because of our script change. According to what has been explained to me by MyEcom, the old CAC scripts credited earnings either wrong or differently than the new MyEcom one. The MEC scripts credit you correctly and they fixed the glitch retroactively.

If you'd like I can add back whatever earnings you lost.
Just post your username and how much you are owed.

OK, Chris I'm sorry I had sent 2 emails. First one 3 days ago. I recieved no reply from either. I have never had an email bounce that I am aware of. I also had no clue as to who owned your site. For some reason I had the name "Jason" associated with it, and also in my notes was a notation that "Jason" was the CAC hacker, that made such a mess a few months back, deleting data banks.

So I gess I realy stuck my foot in my mouth.

I gess I will just leave the forums for good. ( last post )

Sorry again.........Scooter

Hey, that's okay, no need to leave the forum...

Jason Merritt was the previous owner, but he wasn't the CAC hacker, that was Thane Pullan.

coingallery No, its not you. As I said, I'm done posting. I deactivated myself (which was how I was going to leave it) until you posted the previous remark.

I didn't post very often in the past, and won't in the future.

Whats the point ? (not just because of getting chewed out)

Iv'e been a member of these GPTR's longer than most.

Been a GOLD member of about 6-7 that took the money and ran (folded)

Spent $175 on advertising programs that turned out to be scams + what it cost to become gold. (getting close to $300 now)

Lets say you have 50 in your downline, as they quit one by one, your earnings slowly go down also. THIS IS BULL ! I spent the money doing the advertising fot these so-called want-ta-be webmasters
(not all of them) I should not loose because members find out that they will never reach payout minimums, so they quit.

Servers crash.....the replies I sometimes get : well just sign up again (loose what I had'''''''I think not''''''') If thats all they feel obligated to do well then screw them.

As far as I'm concerned, these so-called webmasters may as well just put in their Terms Of Sev. : WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DO ANYTHING WE WANT , AT ANY TIME , AND FOR ANY LAME REASON WE CAN THINK OF.
(this does NOT apply to all)

Here's another one.......When a REAL business is sold (ebay or whatever)
the new owner assumes the debts also. But it seems that some change the TOS to where to where a members earnings are actually a negitive number (they just add a new bonus, only for new members, and raise the minimum payout (you may know who I'm talking about)

Example : $5 bonus, $1 earnings = $6 payout = $10 (only $4 to go)

Changed to : $7 bonus (new memb. only) and $30 payout ($23 to go)

So : the $2's between the $5 and $7 bonuses is just time and money in the trash. If you start over your allready at $7,

The advertisers are paying for readers, NOT for webmasters that hope people quit, so that portion of advertisers money can be pocketed. And yess I know there are expences accured by the webmasters, thats why the take their 25%-40% off the top. But do they need to scrape it up off the bottem also, even after service is rendered ?

I know there are laws to protect the "consumer", and that is what you are when you sign up.

If this was on a larger scale, some webmasters could be doing time.
They think that their TOS protect them. They should get out the "Federal Unfair Practice Laws" and take a look. And if this involves borders (by land, sea, mail, electronic devices, etc. other penalties may apply.

How many GPTR's have had a lawyer, I mean a real one, involved with their business ?

From what Iv'e seen, The Feds are starting to look into internet consumer complaints...........

Just a thought__________The End

i agree with you completely scooter............everything you said is correct. I feel bad for you that you spent all that money on gold memberships. The important part is that you learned your lesson, right????The way i look at is either your the predator or your the pray!!!People such as yourself get ripped off and taken advantage off on a daily basis. This is what these type of businesses depend on. They make people believe that they can make money but at the same time theyll be laughing behind your back. This is the way the world goes round and round.

I would love to hear atleast once that somebody has taken some sort of action against one of thse companies. I have never heard of such a thing happening. And the funny part is, when someone starts critisizing 1 of thses companies, someone such as another program owner or friend of the accused automaticaly defends them.

The main problem is that most people who partieipate in such programs have no knowledge of LAW. They dont know that they have rights, and they think that if they get ripped off that they have no way of defending themselves. Those corrupt owners are aware of this, therefore, they take adantage of the situation. If serious and proffesional people were to get involved with this business, within a year this entire industry would be shut down!!!

I understand your anger completely Scooter but you need to learn from this because if you dont it will happen again and again and again.
