I have had paypal for over 2 years right now. But I haven't verified my account yet. I have these two questions

1...When a Pay-To site asks you for your PayPal ID, can I just put my email address because that's what ID I just to log in to PayPal. If there's another ID, where can I find it?

2...My sending limit is at 0.00 USD and my withdrawing limit is at 500.00 USD. Does my sending limit affect if I can receive payments or not?

Yes, your paypal ID is the email address that is currently active for it.

Your sending limit effects how much you can send to other people. In your case, you can't send anyone any money from that account. If you verify it, then you can send and receive money with no limits

you can also add additional email addresses to your paypal account.
this is useful if you used your primary email address from your ISP to signup for paypal, but are using Yahoo, or some other free account for your PTR programs. that way, your signup address for a program can be the same address you use to collect payout redemptions.

So, I can still receive money from Get-Paid-For companies right?

YES BUT YOU CANT SPEND IT OR GET PAID FROM IT..........YOU HAVE TO BE VERIFED EVEN TO GET A CHECK FROM THEM

This part is true if your sending limit is at zero but like for me, I'm unverified internation user and my sending limit is at 750$ (or was it 500$ and the 750$ was my witdrawal limit) anyways,

so just to give an example, you can use paypal and get money out even if you're unverified! It just depends where you live in most cases!!
