My PaidMailINC account is worth some hundred dollars which has thousands of referrals, after their recent maintenance, my account is gone, I can't login.

I needed Colleen's immediate attention but she dissapointed me once again.

I had 1408 referrals in August and I have 880 referras now...

Good luck and don't give up, there are a lot of good, hardworking, nevernagging, professional, honest and caring wm left that don't have such long long toes as Colleen, which are so hard to not step on (in fact it's impossible to miss them, everybody will step on them eventually, mark my words).

I won't say she doesn't pay, I'm a member since april the 3rd 2002 and I'm paid a grand total of $3.34. That was last year. This year I'm not paid yet. I reached payout and then she changed to minimum payout $5.- ok I had to click a little more...I reached payout and then she got in hospital, twice or three times (sorry I lost track how incensitive of me). Well redemptions weren't possible at that time so I spend it all on ads. Ok, she got back in the race, so I decided to hang around, reached payout again and finally redeemed, but then there was a problem with the site, she mailed us about it, she didn't receive all she should have etc etc. Well I wrote a mail to ask wether she received my redemption or not, no response. Ok did that again this month and asked me when she was gonna pay me (I figured that when she didn't receive my redemption she would mail me that and if it would take another monts she would mail me that too). No response either.
Ok I posted well my oh my did I get a response fast lol.

Anyway, don't complain about getting no emails you get a lot, at least 10 a day and when there are solo-ads there can be 20. you get 50 to 500 points (3-5 cents per 10,000 points) or 0.1 to .25 cents and very rarely 1 cent. In a shared email there's about 10 links so you have often click about 5 to 10 times to earn 1 cent.

When you finally reache the payout, please don't cash but redeem for ads

I don't think it's a bad program, just depends on how much time you are willing to wait to get paid and how much clicking you are willing to do to be able to send an ad of your own.

Colleen does go off sometimes when I think she should be more professional but she is not alone there.

IF it happens, you have a right to your opinion and to post it based on your own dealings with PMI no matter who thinks it's rude.

If you need some more, just pm me (I can't give you reflinks here lol) I know a lot of programs that pay AND earn AND don't do just point till nobody is reading anymore AND have nice, kind, polite, friendly and professional wm.

Jaszzx - I know you said you sent emails and she's not answering. But have you read the emails she has sent that said if your question is answered in the TOS or FAQ she won't answer? She's getting TOO many emails where the answer is already on the website and that's taking a lot of time? I know you wanted your answer, but you're one of many emailing every day, and your answer was already on the site. You missed it, okay, no biggie. Heck, I missed it in the TOS section! Someone else pointed it out.

Several webmasters have sent emails many times saying they will ignore mail that is already answered in TOS or FAQ. I've been seeing stuff like that for over a year now. It's not news. While sometimes I miss things too and it's perfectly human to do so, I also understand the other side of the coin. How about me and 150 other members, emailing questions that have answers on the site? How about 200 people doing it the next day? Maybe 100 the day after that? Hasn't that gotten a BIT annoying?

Jaszzx, Colleen is really nice. I've seen her have differences with a couple other folks, and they took it private and worked things through. While yes, webmasters should be a little more professional in their dealings, everyone has at least ONE point in their lifetime been a bit "unprofessional." I've been snippy at times, so has everyone else here. Remember that other side of the coin: how many members email webmasters swearing up a holy storm, even being threatening?

There are some members/webmasters that will take the time to work through the differences. Give it a try and I hope it works out.

It's one thing to give advice to newbies, but it's another to keep posting stuff that is assumption or words of irritation/anger.

I am very very dissapointed in PaidMailINC, responds quick to praises & don't help those with problems. I am sure I have some thousands referrals anyway as it is my 3rd largest referral downline in any program. Maybe not 3000 but definitely more than 1000.

I send an email to ask wether she received my redemption or not, the first time. You can't read that in the tos or faq can you? Come on, I wrote that a dozen times now, if you read my posts you should have read that too. And I do read her emails (my account is on vacation as from today and as a matter of fact I'm going away indeed so all my accounts are but with PMI I'll leave it this way) as I said I do read her emails, that's why I asked her WETHER SHE RECEIVED MY REDEMPTION OR NOT as she mailed that she had troubles and not have received all that she supposed to have.

I understand one can't reply all emails when they get so many, but I know a lot of wm that do get more daily and ALWAYS respond.

I'm not assuming and badmouthing I'm reacting on her post and her punishing me for posting 1 complaint and if you've read my firs comment on that you can assume she will be furious after such a ridiculous reaction the first time.

Colleen has NOT owned the site ALL this time since then. Colleen got it from the previous owner about October 2002. Your post makes it sound like she has owned it all the time when she hasnt.

I'm not deleted never said I was, I never broke the rules , my email never bounced and yes I'm a meber for a long time but they never did I always got every email (although I have to admit I didn't read them all lately (but I read at least 2 or 3 a day), except all the admin notes I did read those I always do, anyway they never bounce and I don't share my computer with another account, I'm the only one in this house that's in ptc/ptr!!!
