Hello this is my 3rd post and I just want you all to know that CATCH TRAFFIC has just accused me of trying to get free credits when in actual fact I emailed them about someone hacking my account and using all my credits (over 4500 which I was saving to get paid with) for their own 5 other traffic sites. I didn't use ANY credits at all plus I don't promote the traffic sites that were listed in my account. Below is the email I got back from support after I found all my credits had GONE!!!


Dear Sir or Mam,
No one has hacked our site lately we have been doing security upgrades. I just
think your trying to get free credits. Have a great day.

In an earlier email I was asking about upgrading using my credits and now all my credits have been stolen and how the heck am I supposed to upgrade? I think Robert Norton is either a major idiot or just blind to the fact that he has flaws in his programming.

I already reported a cheater to him and they said that the cheater was "being taken care of" but they keep signing back up again using another email address.

I beg everyone NOT to use catch traffic anymore. Someone stole all my credits which I had accumulated over 2 weeks (over 10 hours a day) and all I got back from support is that I am trying to get free credits.

I'm heartbroken that Robert has no evidence against me yet I lost everything!

If anyone who knows me can email catch traffic on my behalf I would greatly appreciate it, thank you.

that's not right... even if he didn't have proof against you, i'm sure from the way you spoke here that you were nothing but polite to him in asking what happened to your credits. he should have given you the benefit of the doubt being a loyal customer of his. not right at all....

Oh, but his unprofessional attitude and general rudeness are automatically ameliorated by the "have a nice day" remark, right? That was the icing on the cake of a thoroughly distasteful response. I was actually thinking of joining this, too...now, no way. am.gif

This is actually quite funny,
I did some math and counted the needed credits for the 30$ cashout.
I have about 500 credits so far which means that I have already viewed 1000 pages since a basic member gets 0.5 credits per every site you view, and 0.1 credits when your referrals view, just down to 2 levels)

So you need that 30$ to get paid and the going price for a credit is 0.00125$ each. This means you have to surf on 48 000 sites before you get the needed ammount of credits to get that 30$! av.gif

Besides now that they too seem to be deleting peoples accounts for nothing I'd say I'll defenedly not waste my time with this one and will be using WebmasterQuest and Global Traffic Trader from now on.....

I continued to email catch traffic and I finally got a response, another guy named Robert, apologised and said they would look at my account and correct it ASAP. Well all I can say is that I am not amused, 30 mins later they emailed me again asking for my ID.

I have since received 1 further email it seems that I am no longer in their database and they do not know why. They said that it will be because of this I have had a ton of problems. DUH !!!!

I can't even log in now so I guess I have to move on and forget about this program, if they email me again before I'm dead I will let you all know what happens.

To all it may concern:
First of all. What happend was a accident/lack of communication. We apologize greatly for this. We have been experiencing people (most commonly chinese people) using a emulator on our site. We thought that kindred had been using this. We are currently waiting for version 2 to be completed (was supposed to be completed on the 20th of this month, but due to some set backs it wasn't). Hopefully it will be ready by the end of this month. Thank you and again kindred we apologize for this mis-understanding.

WOOOO HOOOO The Boys came through for me.

The 2 webmasters of catch traffic emailed me once again and asked for a live chat on MSN messenger. We chatted for nearly 1 hour and EVERTHING has been resolved.

PLUS !!!!

They upgraded me even though the points I earned had been lost due to the fact that someone else used them. This was partly my fault because I didn't know I had to log out of catch traffic each time I had finished surfing.

I didn't expect anything like this to happen I just wanted to clear my name, because I know how webmasters of all the email and traffic sites like to inform each other of possible cheaters and such.

After a little bit of frustration and temper on my part I am very happy and PROUD to be a member of catch traffic once again.

Oh and a special thank you to Robert Norton, thank you for helping me sort out my text size problem, I really appreciate it.

Glad we got that straightend out. Currently we are upgrading to version two so the site may be having problems. Just give us some time.
