SOLUTION:

-. Close all Internet browsers
-. From your "Start" menu, select "Settings" & "Control Panel"
-. Select "Add/Remove Programs"
-. Select NavHelper from the list and select the add/remove button
-. Reboot your computer once the uninstall process is complete
