Im sure Im complaining out of lack of knowledge, lol

but I paid for an upgraded membership over 2 weeks ago (and cleared my account) yet i have emailed them numerous times, only to recieve no response...

7$ is not much, but when you're paying it out to more than one, it is...

and I don't liked being ignored when I email requests in regarding it...

I realize they are behind, but two weeks? and no autoresponder?

I am not too happy...

anyone with some useful knowledge, would be appreciated, since i realize they seem to have a high rating...

maybe you can post in their support folder in the programs support section here

Hi Picklepea,
I'm pretty sure that their terms allow them up to 30 days to send out payments. I think if you look under their terms or forum, you can get some decent response and/or answers to your questions. They are a great program, I think, so I'd give them a little more time. They did grow extremely quickly as far as their member base. I requested payout 3 weeks ago and haven't gotten paid yet, but you might want to wait a month before sending another email. Kath is a good WM, and I think you'll get your money...they're just a little overwhelmed I think.
If you don't get paid in another couple weeks, I'd probably suggest getting on the forum and posting your concern.
Good luck.

I think she's talking about an upgrade--not a cashout aa.gif I'd try posting in their support folder rather than posting in the complaints folder ac.gif

Or go straight to their own forum and post inquiery about the upgration prosess!

Hi!

What upgrade option did you choose? When you look at your stats, is there a 1 above your Downline Count? If I see Kath online today I'll mention this thread to her.

I don't see the $7 one anymore. Kath must have gotten rid of it. and just when I was about to get it. ah.gif But the $7 one just got you refferals.

Imhotep's Special I think it was called.

Today is Chris and Kath's day off. I'll make sure I point one of them towards this thread tomorrow.

Please attend the Referralitis forum for both Acadian Cash/Nile Cash as there are more people available there to be able to help you in looking into this matter...

They are way behind on ads, with the server change being done, it meant that ALL ads that were in queue before the change had to all be re-added...I did an upgrade as well and it took a few days for me to receive it...I'm also waiting on a banner ad to come out as well but I know how busy they are so am allowing them the extra week or so as I know how swamped they truly are!

Also...Mondays are their "admin" days where they spend the day discussing situations and suggestions on the sites...Chris just got back from spending the weekend with a family relative who is extremely ill with cancer right now so he was not available for a few days...this week you will see lots of ads come out and lots of payouts made...

If you have put in for payout and it has been 25 days since you put in for it, please email them at admin@nilecash.com and in the subject line put "It has now been 25 days since I put in for payout" and they will look into it...I have received 5 payouts so far all within the 30 day allotted time...they DO have 30 days to pay their members...

Only other suggestion is like I said above...visit the Acadian Cash/Nile Cash forum at:

http://www.referralitis.com/forums/

Some of us admins have direct contact with them which can be very helpful at times...

Thanks for your time and patience!

just incase you were wondering, noone can get the imhotep special anymore. Kath took it off. And another thing just about all the people who are going to join nilecash have (with the exeption of a few stragglers) so there will be little room for anyone to get anymore random referrals.

It would have been good when the program first started, but now it is not worth $7.50

I believe you will still be able to get more than just a couple of random referrals. I joined penniesbyemail well after their launch and even later after that I bought the no frills gold membership...and I still got a good many random referrals.

Not really aj.gif

Although as you say the site has a large membership already, there are still people joining the site (actually all decent sites) and I should imagine there are hundreds, if not thousands of daily newcomers to the paid to read industry, so theres always someone out there thats "not" joined "any" site.

Think about it, at their peak, I believe Jays sites had about 20000 members, I personally think NileCash (and PennyBucks) are far better earning sites than any of Jays, plus they're only $5 cashouts, something that will attract any newcomers to the industry.
