I wanted to let others know of this program. It's name is NoMinimumPayout.com
The name alone should bring members and money to it.Well to start they say to earn .05 cent click on this.I thought that it was for 1/2 cent.If you can do basic math, thats what that figure should be.Oh no not at this site.It takes 20 clicks just to earn 1 cent. After 4 contact messages that I sent to them requesting the method of math that they are using,I finally got an answer.Well, like a big dummy I still stayed with it.I finally got my account near 3 cents and I tried to request payout.Well the name says no minimum.I could not get an answer from them. After the third request, they have a button thats supposed to be for payoutsbut they have it disabled.I requested payout again.I did not curse at them or anything like that.I just told them that if they wouldn't pay me my measley amount that I would repot this to different forums.I finally recieved a reply. Here it is,I saved it a folder that I made just for them-We are sorry that your account is no longer exists. The persons name who sent that is amiya mandal.I just love this copy and paste feature,it makes it so much easier to be correct. So here I am lucky to have not purchased an ad for this site!!I did use 1 of 2 alloted ads on a safelist. It was a big waste,I could have promoted a HONEST program. If anyone who reads this belongs to this site, try to see if they grant you a payout.I would bet a dollar to a doughnut that it doesn't happen

This program has a known scammer throughout the PTR community. People were warned here at GPF when this program first came out about the owner. He used to run another site and also announced how to scam other sites. Everyone was warned to not use the same Password at this site as at others or with their online payment places as this person is also known to hack.
Check through the threads here, do a search there is MUCH info on this one.
This is not the first about this, nor will it be the last I am sure

I always use the format of "$0.05", "$0.005", "$0.01", etc.
when typing monetary amounts, which seems to prevent
confusion caused by other formats.

You are so nice a lot of sites don't due that.. I always figure low then get surprised
when it is actually higher, that takes away the disappointment., as there is already too much of that...

They wouldn't pay 3 cents now that is the biggest scam I have seen. Thanks for the warning.

I noticed that the Payout link doesn't work too.
I have seen one of our members post that he has been paid a couple of times by this one. I wonder now how he got through to them with a request.

I really think that alot of the 'no minimum payout' sites are scams, I run a few, the advertising prices for them need to be exact to the rate they are going to get clicked, so there are less advertisers, because they can get them cheaper.
Any one offering cheaper advertising to members then what it will really cost, in a no minimum payout, is like(not exact science) to be someone who 'accidently looses their database'
Programs with no minimum payout which we own (my mother and I) we pay out monthly everyone which e-gold, paypal is the only one where we ask members to wait till they have more in earnings, because unless your a US paypal user, then everyone gets hit with fees and complains on small amounts.
We have other programs with payout minimums, these programs can reach up up into the thousands of debt, we have one which has $3,000+ in debt at the current time, how ever, only about $5 which needs to be paid out.
As someone who doesn't like to see a program miss out on receiving paid emails because point emails are cheap, We do alot of advertising from our own pockets to programs to keep members happy. So lots of money go's out there. (We probably spend close to $500 per month(probably alot more) on keeping members happy with making up for point ads).
For some owners, they mightn't have other forms of income like some of us(I make money programming, I see next to none of that outside the internet), so programs which have no minimum have nothing left from ads, and might want to keep the program live so use money from their own pocket, so they get in debt, and then they just don't pay. Which is why alot of no minimum payout programs probably fail.
If you are starting a no minimum program, In my opinion unless your willing to put alot of effort and money into a no minimum payout, and know there are large risks and costs involved, don't get involved in running one.
