Exitcashflow is Paypal and i think Stormpay, not e-gold or moneybookers

Actually, ShareAdSpace pays out via Paypal, Egold, Stormpay and MoneyBookers. (I need to update my FAQ section...sorry about that

I do know a few people will run multiple campaigns with their ECF page on each one (how effective this is, only time will tell)
As far as do all the hits count, no. Only one hit per IP address per 24 hours.
What I mean is, if YOU see 10 different ECF pages, all 10 of them will get one credits. However, if you see the SAME ECF page 2 or 3 times, you will only give that person one credit
