Sorry, but I don't trust any hosting service that promises unlimited everything for a low price, and in looking over their terms, I see a lot of "excepts" and "buts" and "limited by's".
I charge $1.50 per gb bandwidth, but the actual minimum depends on the site, for examplae, a ptr would be put on a $15/monthly account and billed for bw over 10gb.
A search engine portal or personal site can get by much cheaper, it just depends what someone wants to host.
