I think I saw a thread abou this somewhere yesterdy, but can't find it now, so forgive me for repeating it

I've been getting mails from members unable to login. Firstly I have suggested they delete cookies, but some are still coming back to me with "I still can't login".

Anybody know what's going on lately to cause this problem, and even better, what to do about it?

I'm not sure why it's happening and I haven't had that problem on sss. However, when I had the problem on a different site I just requested a new password be sent to me and that fixed the problem. Maybe you could suggest that?

Thanks I did find a link to a post at ClixMonster Forums, where it was discussed more fully by Mike/Traysy. Getting the new password sent out was 1 of the solutions suggested there. I've been sending the people who are having troubles to that thread, and so far nobody has got back to me after that to say still no good. So, HOPEfully it is OK now.
