a lot of my links from late last night and today are now displaying this when i click them
[B]This paid email has expired. Paid Emails have a maximum lifetime of 5 days, but in almost all cases they run out much sooner, due to factors such as new user subscription or re-subscription to emails. It is recommended that you read and obtain credit for paid emails as soon as possible when they are received. Thank you!

Anyone else?

My ad campaign over the past 2-3 days just got cut short due to this problem. Not as many impressions as expected. Well, going to have to start again - but now into a new campaign.

Ah, well - aj.gif there's always technical glitches and tomorrow is another day....

They are a very good site. Take it from me! I am a Gold Member and they have good customer service. One problem though - Sometimes when i try to visit a site, it says site already visited no additional credit will be given, but i have NEVER clicked on that link before... Has this happened to anyone else? On a scale of 1-10, 1 being worse and 10 being best, i give it a 9... stick with them and you will succeed!

yes that has happened to me as well....maybe the codes that the emails get are reused sometimes and then you don't get credit...i dunno...still the best site i ever joined ab.gif

I have been getting 30 - 40 emails a day from Tasia's (signed up on Aug. 9th) and suddenly I am only getting about 5 per day.
Anyone else experiencing this same problem?

they implemented a 50 cent fee for platinum members to send paid emails...that has most likely stopped a lot of platinum members from sending out emails.
ekelly
Oh I see

Wish I had gotten in earlier on this one LOL
I guess I will hang in there and see what happens though.
lene
yes do that aa.gif I think the mails are stuck in the server as well...i sent out an email on the 18th and one yesterday...still haven't recieved my own copy of either of them so maybe you'll get a ton of emails all of a sudden. But the 50 cent fee will probably have something to do with it as well.
ekelly
Just tried to log in and there is a message about....the server or maintenance or something......I am getting a few more emails today though aa.gif

Maybe it is being worked out.
Tasias is such a great place and so many people have a lot of faith in the site.
telflonmail
I guess when he shuts down the servers for maintenance, the email servers get a breather (bandwidth) and start to crank up the emails...

aj.gif
lene
lol yeah well looks like they stopped again
ekelly
Yep, I only got 5 so far today

ah.gif

Yeah, I just joined less than a week ago (I know, very late!) ab.gif
and the first couple of days I was getting boatloads of mails. Today there was only a small handful. Sometimes they seem to come in batches, or so it seems to me, and I thought I'd get another batch later today, but no. ah.gif

Remember each link only has a certain amount of credit too so this could also be a main factor of why you are getting those messages.

This is what is there when I went into the site today -

We have just sent you 5 paid emails to your inbox. These emails are ones that you may or may not have received already, but which you have NOT claimed credit for.

If you are not currently subscribed to receive paid email, you will be automatically subscribed once you successfully claim credit for these paid emails (you will see the advertiser's URL page). Remember: Once you are subscribed, you must stay active in paid email participation. If you don't participate for 3 consecutive days or more, we unsubscribe you automatically, and you have to resubscribe to paid email again (but we don't close your account!).

So if you want more, come back again anytime, however .... We will only send you a maximum of FIVE (5) at a time ..... PLEASE get credit for these ones first before asking for more .... otherwise they'll be sent to you all over again!

I went and clicked and then checked my mailbox. I only got 1 new e-mail, not 5 (and I waited a while)! So either more e-mails are hung up in the server or else it's bull-caa-caa.... did you all get 5 new e-mails?
ekelly
When I logged in a few hours ago I saw the button to click on to request more paid mails. I clicked on it and then waited for my paid mails......and waited.....and waited........and waited about an hour and got nothing!

I went back and clicked again and waited....blah, blah, blah......only got 1.

Someone on this board said they are now charging the higher upgraded members to send out mail. Maybe that's what's wrong. When it was free to send mail, we got tons.

But the paid listings are fewer also I have noticed. I am hesitant to advertise there now for fear that members won't sign in as often to click/signup, because they think there won't be much to view.

It seems to me like everyone is having problems but me, i get well over 40+ emails a day and i have no problem at all getting the credit for them. I think maybe 1 out of 10 i don't but the majority of them i do.
ekelly
When you all click on the paid link in the emails, how long does it take for the page to load? It takes forever ! Same as when I go to the site to check stats, ask for more mail, view listings, etc......

The site is extremely slow!
Anyone else?????
BaroqueXena
Yes, same here.

I usually click the links in the mornings, when there's less people to slow it down. Coming from England, most Americans are in bed when I get up so it's quite a bit faster.
ekelly
I guess I'll just wait til about 3 am here and work on the links then LOL
BaroqueXena
Maybe I shouldn't have said anything, the sites gonna get jammed by all the people getting up in the early hours of the morning! ab.gif
BaroqueXena
The button works!
I've just had around 15 emails and when I'd finished and clicked the link I pressed the button and got 5 more - immediately!
ekelly
The site is really zipping along tonight! I am getting emails like crazy again! And the "button" is working great! ab.gif
kimberley49
I can't even keep up with all the emails I've gotten tonight. I think they were having a server problem, or Yahoo was having a delivery problem, because most of the mails I'm getting are dated 8/18 and 8/19. The links are working though, so I'm not complaining aa.gif

At this rate, I'll be able to upgrade next week instead of next month aa.gif

I am new to Tasias. Does anyone know how long you need to remain on a linked site and how long the links are supposed to be good? I emailed them, but no reply. Thanks.

{quoted from site} This paid email has expired. Paid Emails are assigned a certain number of unique visitors, depending on how many members are subscribed to receive paid email at the time the advertisement was ordered. Visitor credits on paid emails are usually depleted (expired) within 5 days of posting, depending on site traffic{unquote}

The links should stay active for around five days, but it depends on the response so it could sometimes be less.

There doesn't appear to be a set time to stay on the site. As soon as the site starts to load, if I see it's one I'm already in, or I know I don't want to join, I go straight on to the next email & I still get paid.

You just think it works... I hit rock bottom. I did that for 30 minutes straight.. received.. quite a bit of emails. Problem is, when a email is expired, they keep sending you that one.... over and over and over... so when I click that button now, all I get is 1 email, one that I can't receive credit for. But I still did get around 2.50 from doing this.
