please go and see if this is considered cheating!

Yes and no. First of all, no one is required to read the emails. And I am willing to bet most do not. They usually just look for the blue link in the email and click it. So as for making a program that does this technically isn't cheating. The only time it would be cheating is if it signed him up to a paid to read site hundreds of times. Right now there are programs that are doing this, and it's getting pretty ridiculous. I am constantly deleting bogus accounts. however, the only thing i am worried about is this... right now he mentions of further advancing his program and allowing it to automatically enter your info to indentify yourself on certain emails. Once he does this, could it also lead to programming it to make hundreds of signups in a single paid to read site? Webmasters, I would definitely watch this member's activity on your site. I will post more of this in the Program Owners (Private Forum)

How many of your members do you think actually read your emails? Honestly.
thasith
Well where's the fact that you say members aren't actually reading mail?
( no asking me back that where's the fact that you say members are reading mail )
And if they don't really read mail, you would encourage these guys to have their clicking program on?
eln143
I am not encouraging anything. You asked for opinions and that's what you got. When did I say I was encouraging anything?

My opinion - Yes it is cheating. As well as being a webmaster I also am a member of other companies. I can honestly say that I read the pages that I am sent to.

How on earth does anyone expect to get anywhere in this business if they don't read the offers they are sent.

Yes I know there are a lot of repeats of ads and sites going round (there's only a limited amount of advertising out there at the moment), however, A LOT of the links members are sent go to other opportunites to make money online.

So - my summation (can u tell I trained as a teacher lol):

Yes it is cheating, in three main ways:

1. It is cheating the company who sent you the link as they are paying you in good faith to read the material.

2. It is cheating the advertiser who has paid good money to a company for people who want to see their ads to read their ads.

3. It is cheating yourself - if you don't read the material, imagine how many good earning and money saving opportunities you are probably missing.

And so I conclude that anyone using such software is cheating in the same way that people who used/use mousemover software to keep surfbars active when they are not there to read the ads are cheating.

Thank you for your time in reading this (and any of my advertisers pages

Ok, so I'm not the most versed in this business (like I know anything! LOL)

But, isn't using macro clickers cheating? I saw this post (third from bottom):

http://www.getpaidforum.com/forums/index.p...=1&t=9715&st=30

Just wondered as it is the second time he mentioned clicking whilst asleep in the tread and no-one posted anything, so I am now wondering have I got it all wrong? Is it ok to have a program doing your work for you while you sleep? ar.gif
