I dont have much money on me know but I will give you the money I have to get me started and I will pay u each week or month however u want to be payed until I pay the complete price you want for the scripts and all that stuff. I will also give u a gold membership and 40-50% of all ad costs. And whatever else u want or need. I will also join program under you if you would like that. I will not rip u off or not pay cuz then u can always mess my site up on me or whatever cuz i need you to build the site and stuff for me as well so nothing like that will ever happen.

Please let me know asap. I would really like an answer either yes or no.

Perhaps you could list what you're looking for in terms of features, etc, so any potential programmers can match up their abilities to determine if they are able to do it.
