Just wonderin ghow you go about getting help from a monderator ...and is it normal to wait over 8 hrs after a post and pm to them to get a reply

I?m afraid it?s quite normal. All the mods here are volunteers, we are not paid to do this. Mods have lives of their own offline: jobs, familys etc. So they are not here 24/7. And concidering the fact that the forum has been REALLY slow/offline for the past days, It?s no wonder you haven?t had a reply yet.

I don?t know what you PM?d a mod about, but if it?s about a problem at the downline builder, they won?t reply to PM?s , you have to post a complaint and they WILL take it from there. Patience is needed...

yes it was in the downline builders...but it seems that when waiting to get a reply on restarting a new thread..some one else comes in after you and gets a reply first and then they start the thread...so now my patience is getting a little thin.,...let alone now 12 hrs waiting on a reply and no sleep
