I have been seeing shared ad space and fast-exchange on a lot of GPT sites as daily clicks. Does anyone know if they actually pay?

Share ad Space: Admin is Rod. Nice man and he pays on the time.
I heard that Fast Exchange is a SCAM and I think so.

Thats what I needed to know. I sort of suspected it was a scam as I don't see how they can afford 2 cents a click when few others are paying that for legit items they are serving.
