I have been told to never rely on backups from admin because they tend to be corrupt. ALWAYS backup from cpanel.

there is where people understand it bad.. i am the one who fixed it for weebimees.com
the file format is making things hard the file which the guys have is binary format.
so we must convert them to ascii before restoring

congratulations sinisa! great job!
i'm not sure why, paimpozhil, but when we converted ours to ascii, it still wouldn't work. uploading a back-up through cpanel requires gzip format. we gzipped mysql, and it still wouldn't accept the backup. any idea why that would happen?
