Yes it is very much rude.

But there have been a lot of WMs of late getting flack over what their terms contain. I think mainly because of some of the people that speak out of against them on this very forum.

I thought this whole GPTR thing was supposed to be a business to the webmasters, that isnt a very business like statement. If someone at any business said that to me I'd be out the door immediately & be tellin all my friends not to go there too.
