The informed buyer ALWAYS asks questions about products they are buying, REGARDLESS of the price. So the buyer goes about asking there questions, receives the answers from the seller. For the moment you have a happy seller and a happy buyer. Until . . . . you use the product! Uh oh, something is wrong. And guess what it is? You guessed it, something you asked about BEFORE you purchased it.

Buyer: Can I do this "blah blay blah"
Seller: Sure
Buyer: Are you sure that "blah blah blah" will work
Seller: Yes "blah blah blah" will work

Next day:
Buyer: You said "blah blah blah" would work
Seller: Yes it will work
Buyer: "blah blah blah" doens't work, you said it would work
Seller: I'm sorry I just sell it, I don't know much about it

The list goes on and on and on. If you are going to sell it (ie be a reseller) you better know your product. I ask ALOT of questions before I buy something, and I expect to receive CORRECT, informed answers. If you don't know, tell me you don't know. Tell me where I can find out. There is such a thing called customer service AFTER the sale. Oh and don't tell me afterwards what did you expect for such a price! I expect what I buy to work, and not need addional 'fixes'. I paid a certain amount for a certain thing, and I should receive what I bought in working condion.

Just my daily rant, anyone else have the same problem?

it is "say what you want" because nobody will ask any questions whasoever!

excuse me? This is the COMPLAINTS FOLDER, I purchased an ITEM related to GPT industry, from a user within this forum. I have elected to leave out the details for that persons sake, plain and simple. Now tell me I'm in the wrong forum?

hey, do not get me wrong,

there was a bit of sarcasm there, the whole ptr seems full of scammers, and po must be well aware of that, as I get from this forum.

Anyway, I agree with you there is a lot of blablabla,

but your post was a riddle. It might be you wanted to be more specific, but for some reason made it very general. So I gave a very general answer, fair or not?

When you are posting as a po, and maybe you bought a script or something, and it did not work, you might better go to a more specific forum, like the one for programme owners??

My complaint is about sellers and resellers not knowing diddly about what they sell. It is not only related to this one item, this is the second time it has happened to me. I have left out the details because this resellers admits that they don't know much about it, after the fact. If you really want to know, send me a PM.

I just think that they have a responisbility to there customers to be upfront, and to answer all questions accurately. Just because it is an online transaction and you don't met face to face shouldn't mean anything. People should receive the same 'support' and customer service as if they purchased the item in a brick and mordar store.

Not once have a mentioned your name, not once have a slandered you. But if I wanted to say who you are, then I have ALL rights to do this. This is a complaint about your service, or lack thereof. Plain and simple. Go ahead and complain to whom ever you wish, I have done nothing wrong.

LOL ... it looks to me like:

A- You bought some kind of scripts

B- The person that sold them to you did not know diddly squat about the scripts capabilities and misstated them.

C- The reseller has sent you a PM threatening to report you for personal attacks or something similar...

The reseller sounds like (s)he cannot even read properly...I see nothing even remotely objectionable in your posts.

If has been offered, however I am waiting for a response from my host.

umm...well they suggested that i contact my host and ask about the server configurations....so i went and asked myself....then told myself that my server is configured correctly

they then gave me a refund ac.gif

lol, thats funny. Concerning the problems I'm having with it, I've enlisted outside help, and they told me that it was not my host. The response I'm waiting for from the host is about curl support. Which is kinda upset me because, I asked for requirements, and curl was not listed as a requirement.
