Does anyone have a clue what features today's new cc update has?
It shows the usual installation instructions, but no features list.
I haven't installed it, but I downloaded and opened it, and it has a file named "autosurf".
Does this mean that cash crusader has a built-in autosurf now???

Not sure since it changed the layout n my admin area, it doesn't have the upgrade list at the bottom of the page anymore, other than that I can't tell a diff.

i briefly saw the list of features but the next time i went back they'd gone !

i do know that it said that we'd be alerted to any future updates by a link next to our version number, not at the bottom.

also said that 25% of the script had been re-written to take care of the security issues that ReD mentioned.


autosurf.php is to do with the inboxes on the site, not sure what it does yet though

* New sites still had a problem with the user inboxes not showing the links this is now fixed. There was an error in the create.php scripts that did not create all the needed tables for the inboxes.
* A few other bug fixes and I would like the thank Reductor for some helpfull input on incressing security and processing speed of the scripts. I have added the suggested security changes and this version also has about 25% of the code changed to meet his performance suggestions, I will gradualy do the performance update on the rest of the code as time goes on.
* The new version removes the admin news from the bottom of the admin page as some server lose connection to my server before the news output is complete. Now if there is a new version a link will show at the top of the admin section next to you

And I STILL want to know what "autosurf" is.

Autosurf is a feature I personally requested John to create for my site cashnclicks.com

he has been working very hard on it and like you i am very anxious to see it.

He has promised it to be cheat proof.

Yes it will be a rotator like other rotator sites.

V.89 Changes

You can now use html ads that have a form in the PTS section

First step to stop cheating on referral credits and referral contests. This version dumps the referral counter and simply reports on all accounts that are currently existing in the database that were created between two dates. This will stop members counts from going up in the referral counter when they just create a bogus account and then cancel it and then create it again. I will also be changing the referral bonus in the next version so that it can not be cheated this way

I asked John to fix the PTC StartPage error.

He was going to release it as .87 but he held off until .88.
