I requested payment from StaciPays on 27th, June. Till now, more than 40 days past, I get no payment. I have write two emails to Staci. But no response. I wondered if I can get paid?

i won a suprememembership in the referral contest and i thought i was gonna get paid on the 15th of july but i wasn't...still haven't been paid and my ad for this month hasn't gone out yet either. I sent an email 2 weeks ago but no reply.
I dunno if she hasn't gotten it or what...and the site is extremely slow for me...last time i opened a link it took about 10 minutes before the timer section of the page went to page cannot be displayed =/
