The new Google toolbar has a good popup killer. So do several browsers, including Opera, Mozilla Firebird, and Crazy Browser and Avant Browser which are based in IE.

It's kind of annoying though..but it works! Crazybrowser is really good too...I run all my autosurfers in it...it just slows down my dinosaur pc to much to do anything else! hehe

Pow! from AnalogX -> tiny program that's really simple to configure! You can add/delete webpages manually that you do or don't want to be killed.
