In an email to it's members the webmistress said that due to cheaters in her website she had to change her tos to reflect that $0.50 must be of your own earnings to payout. She will also be deleting inactive accounts.

In order to redeem your earnings, you must have earned $0,50 yourself.
And all accounts that are inactive for 30 days will be deleted.
