Hi, this is a question to all program owners. If I was to offer a contest to the most active refferal in my downline at a GPT program, could I contact you (the program owner) and ask for the username and email of that person so I could give them a reward OR could I pay you an amount of money that you could add to that person's account?
Other than giving you their email address without their permission, I will be happy to co-operate.

Thank you! I'm not running any kind of referral contest right now but I want to know for the near future.
