E-Mail Pays U have secretly raised their minimum payout to $29.99, instead of the original $25.00, without informing their members.

They are good at stealth :ph34r: operations. Recently I realized that minimum payout for international members had been raised to $35. Of course they didn't bother to send me an email about that.

Anyway, I dont't think I have any chance to reach minimum payout - I am a member for more than 9 months now and I received a whooping 11 emails The other 9 was received by my 32 referrals. This must be one of those "international members are welcome" (but shouldn't expect reaching payout ) sites.

I know, and have been clicking on those walking pennies for months now - and made $6. Anyway $25 is 2500 cents, you can make 3 cents daily (used to be 6 cents, but...) so it would take about 800 days to reach minimum. Not much help

um well another thing..i read that if u change ur country to america then u get lots more emails..i did this yesterday and recieved one already today so i think its true....

I "moved" to America three days ago and didn't notice any difference.

Hmm... I didn't notice the raise in minium. I did get an email about point payment. When I logged in to check my stat, I found they reset both my converted cash and unconverted points. Now I can't tell how many unconverted points I had. I don't even recall they announced the point value for last month... I hope they didn't steal my unconverted points. Let's see how much they are going to send me...

Actually I don't think it is a bad program. The $25 (now $30) minium is bad but the $2.99 point payout is very easy to reach. It is the changes they made secretly that bothers me.

Well, I've had $25 since the beginning of May and was eagerly anticipating my first payment in over a year when he made the next quarterly payouts. You can imagine how thrilled I was to login and see the increase. That means months more of clicking those pennies to reach $30. I'm really ticked off. Wouldn't have bothered with it if I knew he'd cut the penny value in half in January and follow that with a payout increase in July.

You don't get more mail in America, I've only had four this year.

Going to go away now and scream.

sorry id have to disagree re the america change. Over 4 months i only recieved 7 emails, i changed my country to US 2 days ago, yesterday i recieved 1 email, today i recieved 3!!

well? I received their last mail...5+ months ago.
oh by the way, I use Thailand that might be the reason why I recieve no paid emails

well it depends what kind of emails you request. You may choose up to 10 different categories.

You want emails then forget about what kind of emails you like BUT instead what kind of emails they are gonna send...

like - get paid to read emails, business, affiliates, marketing, credit cards, and such.

I probably get 3-5 emails a week up to 8-14 emails a month. Including point mails.

But it's "pointless" cuz by the time I reach payout....they'll increase again.
I'm still active with EMPU but not gonna promote them ever again.

When I cash out, if I cash out, by 2010...I'll let you guys know!

I don't know if I missed this but checking BigBucks4Mail I see the minimum has been increased from $10 to $35.

Pretty sure I didn't get any email about it.

Oh and it's owned by the same person as EmailPaysU.

I'm from the UK and I got a paid (points) email today. My first one in more than three months though...

EMPU started to send me 5 mails / week when i changed my country from croatia to US. Before changing country i was recieveing 1mail/month!
It is also important to select categories related to any kind of buissnes, shopping and similiar!

i wouldn cheat if they send me enough mails like hits 4 pay (at least 5 a day)!

That's no excuse, it's cheating and you can and should get your account deleted for it.
