In an email to it's members the webmaster of Cash Glow explained that he had recently acquired the paid to surf website.

QUOTE
Over the past few months, Cashglow has went through quite a few
changes.  In April 2002, Shawn, founder of Cashglow.com sold the website to
Haignet Media Networks Incorporated.  During Haignet's ownership, the
failed to provide payments for members from January to May.  In May 2002,
Shawn retook ownership of Cashglow.com.  R&J Enterprises purchased
Cashglow.com on July 2, 2002.  R&J Enterprises is the current owner and
will be the owner for some time to come.

I would like to introduce myself. My name is Jeremy Collins
(JDCollins1) of R&J Enterprises.  I think many of you may know me already from
within the chat aa.gif I wanted to make an annoucement and a few statements
with reguard to me buying Cashglow. In the short term, nothing drastic
will change about Cashglow.  Payrates will stay the same.  So will the
amount of max hours per month.  For those members who haven't been paid a
portion of their earnings, R&J Enterprises will be making up those back
payments over the next couple of months. If you would rather buy
advertising with your earnings, I am willing to offer a discount, just
contact me at JDCollins1@cashglow.com for futher information. I am determined
to help Cashglow grow even further beyond what it has.
