I wanna make some cash can someone plz explain this get paid to... stuff to me ?

if you want to get paid you need to join some programmes
mikes and clicksforever are good, there are loads of other good programmes which you can find in the praise and applause section.
you then ofcourse need to get some refferals for those programmes and thats pretty much it!

Also, the good idea for making referrals is joining programs in Downline Builder. Especially if program has many referral levels.

i think you have to do 20 posts and be a member for 2 weeks before you can use the downline builder but it is a very good idea!

No. These requirements are for referral exchange not for downline builder.

Basically you get paid to visit some webpages.
You just have to click the mail they send you or those links in the paid-links sections, and you are credited a certain amount. Once you reach the minimum payout you can request payments.
