I am not very sure. As CAC script store each members data in a separate file. This could be quite large. Even though the file is just 1k, but it could occupy 4k or even more disk space. It depends on your host OS.

Mojoo has ~6500 members (and the member files are a bit bigger than most CAC sites because all of the extra fields I've added) and it's less than 1GB.
When I used to run InboxMint, it had over 10000 members, and was also less than 1GB.
