I wonder if they have a support folder here... if they do.. maybe you should post this there... you may.. also check and see if they do have a separate griveances cell.. and well.. if they still dont reply... I guess all i would say is Hope Against Hope.. that they will pay..

Some scripts wil automaticcaly deduct the redeemed ammount wether you have been paid or not.
What do the terms of the program say as far as payments is concerned. Is there a time limit set for payment?
