Dear Ton? van Beele (vanbeele@planet.nl),

We appreciate that you chose eBay to list the following item(s):

2933900322 ClickinCash account with 3970 referrals

However, your listing(s) were in violation of eBay's policies.? We would like to take this opportunity to let you know what part of your listing(s) are not allowed.

Your listing(s) contained the following information, " You are bidding at the following account at ClickinCash
...This program already paid me $178 ".

We realize that you may not be aware of this policy, but eBay does not allow the listing of Multi-Level Marketing (MLM) programs as auction items.? Therefore, we have ended this item(s) and all fees have been credited to your account.

Multi-level marketing opportunities are generally programs or services that permit you to be paid a commision on other members that sign up for the program or service being offered.? This type of listing is not permitted as it encourages members to sell items off-line, which circumvents eBay fees.

Please view our guideline page for a better understanding of our auction guidelines and how they affect the way you list your items:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/listing-ov.html

Information on infringing or illegal items or for information on other eBay listing guidelines, please view the following URL:

http://pages.ebay.com/help/sell/item_allowed.html

For more information on why eBay has ended an auction, please visit:

http://pages.ebay.com/ebaymotors/help/conf...ting-ended.html

Any future listings that fail to comply with our guidelines will be ended early and repeated violations may jeopardize your account status.? We value you as a member of our community and wish to continue this relationship.? Therefore, we respectfully ask that you abide by eBay's Listing Policies and User Agreement in the future.

We thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Ebay does searches on their listing with keywords. The people who work there have added "referrals" to the listing. Although they cannot poll all of the auctions on any given day. THe will read as many sites as possible. You cannot sell referrals to any program on Ebay unless they DO NOT catch you. It's their policy from way back. Just word your ad differently or use another auction site like auction haggglers.

In that case, I kind of hope they find the Dragone Team, whom I bought referrals from a week ago. They don't seem like they're going to make good on this... I'd rather have my money back.
