I am sick and tired of this the AYS whinning. This people are the biggest cry babies in the industry. Before it was all people cheating them because they use to offer a $1 incente for signups, o people were double clicking was the old story. If they had a cheap script which couldn't give a simple message that you already clicked.
I thought all this crap was over with

Now they come with more of their old sick tactics to blame everyone and start the accusing all over again.
It is sickening

Stop the whinning AYS. Stop calling everyone a cheater. I really dont appreciate all the accusing of everyone. If they have a legit problem with a member. Take it one on one with them and stop implying everyone is a potential cheater

95% of the member are legit hard workers. Start showing some respect AYS

Here's the latest from AYS: (<< comments >>)

DELETION PHASE BEGINS

It is suggested that you read, comprehend and save this email for future reference.
<<What, are we idiots? aa.gif>>

AYS membership base contains thousands of hardworking, honest and ethical members.

These members have been extremely patient thru the last months of transition.
<<Try hopeful, falsely>>

There is no way that these members would understand the fraudulent activity that is being attempted within the 'fraudulent' memberships, unless you viewed each documented offense found.

There is documented fraudulent activity in each and every benefit that AYS offers to members.
<<Fraud should be handled case-by-case, not by punishing all members>>

AYS Administration has no choice. If the program is to remain, there will be Zero Tolerence.

AYS Administration has decided to move forward.

Every account will be reviewed.
No Discrimination - your 'user account information' including work history will be the only factors.

Any account found to be in any violation - will be terminated immediately. Members removed from the database will receive zero communication/effort from the administration, the account will be documented and forgotten.

Membership expectations:

1) complete/accurate 'user account info' profile-

AYS expects all information to be complete and accurate.

2) 1 ad per minute - 'timer' is supplied

Members are expected to give each ad, both Paid Emails and Paid 2 Click Banner Ads, 60 seconds view time.

As our Terms firmly state, opening Paid Ads at the same time in multiple windows to allow timers to "run out" and receive credit for those ads is grounds for immediate termination.
<<AYS uses Cash Crusader. If the admin knew how to properly configure this script, something like this would not happen, so are they lazy, or just don't know how to use their scripts?>>

Our advertisers pay good money for their ad to be read solo, that is what members signed up to do, AYS will not tolerate members who do not follow this procedure.

multiple email credits in the same minute = fraudulent activity

3) Members are soley responsible for receiving AYS emails. If any emails are returned to AYS for any reason the members AYS account will be deleted.

4) Members are expected to read Admin/emails, members who disreguard informational emails and question content in any manner, will be deleted.
<<Oh man, don't complain about their slow payouts and excuses, they'll delete you! *shivers*>>

5) Multiple Accounts - Deleted

The entire "deletion phase" will be completed prior to opening 'business as usual'.

Also, as this is being done, transfers will also be taken care of with our valid members only.

Business as usual will return when AYS Administration is assured that all members within the database have been verified to contain only members who desire to follow the terms and conditions expected.
<<So what's going to happen next? The Loch Ness Monster gonna eat up all the databases?>>

This will impact every member in some way.

Members with a downline may see thier referral count reduced. Do Not ask why? They are no longer a part of the AYS program. Therefore, no longer in your downline.

AYS elite members will have the assurance that the AYS program will be in existance for a long time to come, adding benefits and issuing payments in the usual time frame expected.
<<Unless you can think up a new excuse to deferr payment an extra 30 days>>

Any member deleted that wants to protest their deletion, may write to: legal@allyousubmitters.com.

Be forewarned, all correspondence is forwarded to our attorney's for review of your account from the day you joined. If in any way your account has been paid due to fraudulent activity, we will seek out whatever means necessary to recover fraudulent previous payments and all fees associated.

If any member would like us to show the results of their work history and the reason for deletion,

email: aysadmin@allyousubmitters.com

Subject: Documentation

Body: include your User ID and Email address

AYS will post your requested information publicly via Special Banned Page on AYS website or any/all public GPTR forums, at AYS convenience. You are no longer a priority.
<<Pretty much, wether you paid for an "exec" membership or not, AYS dosen't care, if they THINK you cheated, then screw you.>>

AYS Administration is looking forward to working with all AYS Elite Members.

Thank You for tolerating this ludicrous situation.

:/
I liked AYS in the beginning, but now the only thing that is ludicrous is the administration. For one, if your site stores personal information on people such as real name and address, security should ###### SURE be your priority.

Another thing, your userbase is your cashflow. They are the blood that runs through the veins of your GPTR, if you screw with them, they'll tell others, and your reputation will be just like your service -- bad.

Guys, learn from AYS and don't let the same mistakes happen twice. Any user in the userbase of a GPTR site is a potential customer, who should be treated with respect. Wether they buy from you or not, they are the reason that advertisers come to you to buy ad space, without a good userbase, we are nothing.

Number 2 is within their site terms. But yes they are just being lazy by not enabling that in their control panel that you can only have one email open at a time. Perhaps John can answer the question on whether or not AYS is up to date and version on their scripts.

It's this part here that I seriously question, no where is it in their privacy section that you agree for them to give any of your information to a third party outside of the AYS servers. Also I think by adding the comment that the email you send to them is private and confidential and only between AYS staff and yourself they are looking at making themselves liable.

I strongly agree with you , Timex (Joseph).

AYS speaks as if they are the only paid email site in the world.

You can tell they are very arrogant and they just don't care about anyone.

We should all learn from their mistakes. They will not go far.
Ray
Yes, prdocmagic2,

I am on your side.

I feel that AYS should close shop immediately and stop wasting everyones precious time.
monica
that is it. I am leaving this one.

Well, anyone who read my thread a week or two about whiners knows that I've been an avid AYS supporter. That hasn't changed...

There ain't no shame in my game, I'll admit that I've probably had more than one window open at a time with AYS. Of course back in the day they didn't have timers, and since the changeover I have never received an email from them saying that they changed their TOS to reflect a new policy on multiple window opening. I'm sure that won't be a viable excuse whenever I do finally get deleted when they check the logs and see that I've done it. No one's fault but my own I suppose.

And yeah, they are getting kinda ball bustery, but it is their program to run the way they see fit, and in reality, it still is a very good earner even without referrals.

So I suppose I'll be posting once I get the boot and lose nearly $40, but not to complain, just to admit that I was hacked down with the rest of you and through no ones fault but my own... Woe is me, woe is me! ad.gif
Juliette
hmm

before they had timers I didn't wait very long before clicking another link..

BUT when they did put the timers on I waited the 60 seconds till I was properly credited

I hope I don't get canned

can me......don't can me I am really losing faith in this business anyway

and especially in dictorial webmasters

I admit, AYS was good at startup, but the first thing I thought about when I started my PTR was the cheaters, so the first thing I did was bring someone on to watch for them. At this moment if one cheater is on my site, I'll know about it.

And it's not that I don't like AYS for thier content.. I mean, 5 cent clicks are cool and all, but I draw the line when I'm disrespected and talked to like I'm the scum of the earth just because some people cheated. I didn't cheat!

If AYS brought on some customer service people and maybe someone to watch for cheating, they'd probably give us all a run for our money as popular as the program is. Sucks that it's going down like this. I say best of luck.
