Anyway, upon investigating, the user MDennison noticed a bit of code had been added to his page "after" he had uploaded it to his webspace empire web space.
Upon reading this, I checked my very own webspace empire pages and I too have had this code added to my web pages.
So I ask any WM that comes across anyone running adverts from webspace empire and an adult pop-up pops up, be lenient, don't delete the users account, it has "nothing to do with them, it is just a case of webspace empire themselves adding this pop-up.
I will be (and I advise anyone else using webspace empire) to delete any affiliation with their web space.
No wonder they were giving such a great package (200Meg, no bandwidth limit, etc) away for nothing.
