Upgraded with Tasias paid links about a month ago so that I could cash out at anytime. I just went to cash out and it says "you can expect payment on or before 03/23/04" 2004 is this for real!!! Has anyone ever been paid from this site

Yes that is for real...but don't really expect it then...you can expect it in 2005 instead. I've been waiting for payment since last November. And they kept moving my "expected" date back and back...now my expected date is in August sometime.

All I can say is goodluck.

Anyone interested in taking legal action against them? I have all the information needed to proceed. They deleted my account because I sent one little complaint, I was not nasty and did not use any foul language. They are now refusing to pay me and threatening me!

You have joined under their terms,there is not much you can do about it.
I f its a compfort in anyway ,know you haven't lost much,they don't pay,or pay with 2 years

They used to pay and fast but that was in the beginning and before they started to get
so many members.also i'd say upgrades there are totall waste of time unless you want to try advertising for
free your other program which do pay and gain maybe few referrals.
Quality of referrals there suck anyway and as for cash..how are they gona pay 10000 members when
no one is deposting any money?
Look how len is trying to get some funds into there by offering platinum membership with discounts
or advertising and get 30000 visitors..he is trying but there is no much hope.

After I got paid, I started clicking a lot again, thinking "wow, maybe they ARE turning themselves around".
Now that I've heard about this $10-at-a-time thing, it's back to just clicking enough to prevent my being deleted (as I was doing before while waiting for payment). It's a shame...I was willing to work and view more ads, but if I can only get $10 at a time (and I requested again, since I can't get more...payment due in Dec. 2003), then what's my motivation? I really don't understand this decision very well.

Can someone tell me can you cancel a payout you requested and use your earnins for advertisement?

or better yet what is you requested payout months ago before this new "rule"? Will I still get the $21 and change?

Who knows? They change the rules as they go along. Get whatever you can as soon as you can because they have NO MONEY. Since they are not an incorpaorated company they stand to lose their house and all other assets.

They use to pay, but that was like 7 months ago, then they would answer any emails, now you will see an outrageous payment promise sometime next year. I quit a long time ago.

Just quit yourself. It is just not worth it. Take your losses and get out man.

Just use it to advertise, that's what most people do

Last I knew you could still reverse a payout I did after I say how long the waiting list was to get paid that is just ridiculious. If they can't handle the payout volume they should hire someone to just do payroll that is if they can afford it hahaha I will also agree the ref quailty there total sucks you get alot but they all go bye bye in a month or less I had over 100 refs from them for tnt-e-mail at one time within a month I had less than half of that and most of the others just never bothered to click. Why bother paying people to join programs when they just don't click on what they join or delete themselves after they are paid from tasia's. Did you also notice now that what you get paid to join a site is a lot less now unless you are higher up in their program. Guess I'll just spend my money from them at their store for ads on other sites that offer it lol.

I requested my first payout in October or November of last year and it's set for August.
But I wish I had never upgraded, would have used my earnings for ads at the other places like I do now.

I've gotten a few good referrals from there. If you turn off the paid to join feature the people who join are few but they're better. They actually wanted to try the program.

Well their desparation is beginning to show. They will no longer even commit to a specific date even if it is a year in the future. Now they will only say "it is in the queue" Which means "YEAH RIGHT THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL"

Anyone else smell bankruptcy? All this on top of the ongoing FRAUD investigations.

I think its time to blow all my earnings on adverts and scrap the joke of a site!

I've given up all hope of ever getting any more money from tasias (I got about 50 cents from them back from when they still paid daily no limit )
From now on all I use them for is advertising. I hope to earn back the 12 or so dollars I actually paid them to upgrade to silver, pretty close now just a few more SAS emails.

There is an actual fraud investigation going on regarding Tasia's?

they did actually pay me a couple hundred, I complained and complained and complained.... She got very upset at me and paid me to shut up. They now owe me $800 plus.

Using it for advertising/traffic is good.

They should never have allowed upgrades for earnings, they simply do not make enough cash.

Just yesterday it said (as it has for over amonth now) that I was due to be paid on or before June 22nd, 2003.
I was getting so excited!

Now I see the same crap about "payment in queue" as everyone else.

Supposedly checked out and registered with Tasias so that we can use our funds there.

Did they give you any indication how long something like this would take? For some online sites that haven't been in business long, I would think it would be a short investigation. It's going to take a bit of time for them to really be thorough where Tasia's is concerned, isn't it?

The wheels of Justice do move slowly. I guess they are a bit out out with me, but then they could have simply paid me what they owe me. It would be cheaper than an hour with "their legal team"

It looks like they have now rescheduled all of the payout requests, there are now specific dates back on the payment request/inquiry page

I requested originally on Mar 9 this year, my payment was scheduled for I think it was November 22nd, though since the dates went back up I'm now scheduled for payment on October 31st

Of course there will be some that will look upon that as a cover up, I personally am prepared to stick with the site, they had 6 bad months when Len had a bad accident and dependent on how bad accidents are it can often take a lot longer than that period of time to recover, and it speaks for itself, the number of improvements that have been made in such a short space of time seem to present themselves as a statement that they have every intention of getting the site back on track to it's former glory, just give them a bit of time and stop screaming scam, BE PATIENT

It's nice yours got moved back a month...mine hasn't changed.

I cashed out in November...with payment due date in March. About a week after it was due, my payment was rescheduled for 6/29, and it hasn't changed yet.

well I tried to use my earnings to buy 500 hits,just hit's,to my site,but it won't let me unless I pay a bid value of $25.12 and the hits for $7.50. All I wanted was to buy a few hits.Has it always been like that?I thought you could just buy hits alone if you wanted.

My payment was due to me on June 9th! Of course, I have not received any payment! But this is the message showing up in my account now -

I use most of my Tasias money for advertising.

I did cashout once a few months ago.... and I was paid in 5 days!

I was pleasantly suprised!
It may have been because thats when they first introduced Stormpay as a payment option and that is what I chose?

Anyway, I don't have a reason to complain yet, and am quite happy with the new designs.....

UPDATE on Fraud Investigation:

I have been contacted by a couple of the
fraud sites to provide them with further documentation. Copies of all I have has be sent to further their investigations.
