It looks like they have now rescheduled all of the payout requests, there are now specific dates back on the payment request/inquiry page
I requested originally on Mar 9 this year, my payment was scheduled for I think it was November 22nd, though since the dates went back up I'm now scheduled for payment on October 31st
Also, check this, quoted from the new "We Keep Our Promises" page of the Tasias site
We pay our members.
If the message isn't clear enough, there is proof out there that, for the length of time Tasia's Paid Links has been around, our mission has, is and will always be simple: to pay our members for honest work within a reasonable time.
Through PayPal, E-Gold and StormPay, our unique transaction rankings with these companies (available to anyone), prove those who are eligible for payment will be paid by us. Anyone who pays money out of their own pocket for advertising or upgrades are making an investment, not only for themselves, but for everyone who is a member. Although we do pledge payments to all eligible members with their choice of PayPal, E-Gold or StormPay, most do consider the fact that there are expenses on our end that need to be paid (ie. Equipment, Internet service) that need to be taken care of as well. Let's make it clear from our end that we're not here to take and keep your money, but that we provide a service to all.
However, now as in the past, the webmasters here at Tasia's Paid Links face many challenges from a minority of people who take it upon themselves to smear our good name with words like SCAM and FRAUD. Although we are not the fastest paying program there is out there (some say we pay fast, some say we don't), we do pay our members ? daily as a matter of fact. There are those that lobby tirelessly for our submission to "authorities", and that is completely ridiculous. Some of our critics may have legitimate concerns, but in the past year and a half of business, we do recognize that most run negative campaigns just out of self-gratification and personal gain, and one (this past week) has even admitted to us "he has nothing better to do." Nonsense. Expectations of and to our members are clearly outlined in our Terms of Service agreement which is binding to all members, and are completely within the law. And those who run such negative campaigns hurt (and threaten) not only YOU, but they hurt (and threaten) all of us as honest members. If you should happen to notice this activity, we kindly ask that you please inform us of the details, and our legal team will do the rest.
The reason for this page was in response to such threats, and to disspel any rumors of dishonesty within our company. We've taken enough time here out of our schedule to address this concern, and we are focusing the rest of our effort toward paying our members! So if you are a prospective new member, advertiser, or someone who out of curiosity came to see what the fuss was all about, rest assured that our motives are nothing but pure and honest. Enjoy your experience at Tasia's, and let the critics stand aside.
Regards,
Len Iannone
webmaster.

http://www.tasiaspaidlinks.com/?cmd=promiseOf course there will be some that will look upon that as a cover up, I personally am prepared to stick with the site, they had 6 bad months when Len had a bad accident and dependent on how bad accidents are it can often take a lot longer than that period of time to recover, and it speaks for itself, the number of improvements that have been made in such a short space of time seem to present themselves as a statement that they have every intention of getting the site back on track to it's former glory, just give them a bit of time and stop screaming scam, BE PATIENT
