I just buy a paid email site form CAC. I am just interested where did you host your site? On the CAC server at a cost of $30/month? Or somewhere else?

And one more questions. Do you think it is worth to buy the addon such as gold members etc from CAC?

I don't think it's a bad idea, but it's your decision.

I can install a gold member script that I wrote myself for $29. I'm not sure how it compares to Frank's because I've never used his, but it does the job.

I definitely benefitted from adding my gold membership option, although the CAC script isn't as flexible or handy as I would like. But whereever you get it from, it will increase your cash flow.
