Helo . I need to buy paypal account . You would ask why I dont' create one ? I live in Poland country when I cant't create paypal . I use many affiliate programs that pay only through paypal and I lose about 200 $ per month without paypal . If someone decides to sell me his account I would pay him about 20-50 $ .

What exactly do you mean "buy?" See, you can have other trustworthy people accept payments and send them to you. If you live in Poland and buy an acocunt, you still can not withdraw your money.

I don't recommend to buy a paypal account .. if they will find out that .. they will close it immediately .. I know people that have tried this ..

I would recommend you to do like prefessionalflash1 said .. try to find some friend that is able to have paypal .. and pay him some 5% for money transfers .. or so ..
