I am frequently having trouble with my counter being set back to zero and my mass mailer then showing no members and I have no idea how to fix it.I have not been able to send emails for almost 2 weeks since I have not been getting any support for the site. Can someone help me please? !!!

Are you sending mail near 12 midnight? When you pass 12 midnight, you need to input the message and save it again.
