As you will see below, it's my fault and I retract everything I say about AYS (this is not a complaint ....)

Your account has been found to be in violation of the following
Term(s):

"Opening multiple Paid Emails in seperate windows at the same
time
to let the timer "run out" on each ad in order to earn
credit for
that ad is also grounds for immediate termination. Your are paid
to read the ads, not just open them."

Documentation regarding this violation can be found below. Look
toward
the bottom of your stats and Your Paid 2 Click stats. Please look
at the times you clicked.

Yes it's right. This is why I got my account deleted. I never knew that this is a term at AYS and I clicked all the AYS e-mails I had (at a time ...). I will resign-up if they will let me in ... so, AYS is no scam, they deleted me for a reason!

I'm sorry!

Thank you very much for posting this. I am sorry to hear this for your sake, but it's good that you got an answer!

Yes, thanks for posting it mentol. If you ask Linder, he may allow you to re-sign up. He is a very nice and understanding WM. aa.gif

Mentol, you have my congratulations for being adult enough to admit that you were at fault. Thank you for your post and I sure hope that you can get re-signed back up.

Thanks for posting, others will benefit from this info! How we all don't read the TOS, every time!
I was unaware that it was in his TOS!

I know some programs are checking the click logs sometimes....to see if we are opeing all the links in an email in different windows, and getting credit for them all in a space of only 20 seconds (or whatever the timer happens to be).

It is part of the rules now in several programs that we can't do that.

I think Mike's is like that....says somewhere on the site that you can't do that......not even in the p2c area.

To be safe....from now on everyone....1 link at a time from each program.
aa.gif aa.gif aa.gif

Too hard to keep track of all those windows anyway, isn't it?
My puter would crash if I did that.....
Przemek
What a ######. Most people open multiple links in separate windows and webmasters don't delete your account for it. If he didn't want his members to do so he could purchase those scripts with "Let ad timer expire" function.

He just found a good excuse for not paying his members.

Maybe it's just me, but most of the emails I get from AYS only have ONE link in them

AYS sends mails with one link only, yes. But what is meant is that, say, how can I put this.... ok say you get 5 mails from AYS, you click on one link, then open the next mail and click on that link, then open the 3rd link and click on that link...something like that. That way, you have 3 mails of AYS in separate windows at the same time.

I use Outlook Expres ... that program doesn't open a new window when I click a new link ..... so I have to wait before I click next.

Could you try and find it and post it for me? It's a pretty important information, especially in a program with a high pay out (I am not saying that I do it, but just in case). It's not included in the TOS so how am I supposed to know?

Hello, I'm user "mentol" which got deleted from AYS. I know I'm wrong ... and I know I haven't followed the terms because I didn't knew about them ... so, please, tell me if I am allowed to resign-up. Thank you!

Hello,

When we are done with transfers and deletions, we will decide then on what should be done next. As it stands, most members that have been deleted are currently banned from the program.

When I look through the database, I see I alot of members that are following the rules to the letter. Then I run across members that flagrantly violate any and every rule. And there really are only four rules to follow:

1. No multiple Accounts using the same name or computer.

2. Stay Active. One Paid Click at least every 30 days.

3. Read and comprehend English.

4. Do not open multiple Paid emails or Paid 2 Click Banner ads all at the same time in order to let the clock run down and gain credit for a job not done.

All I have ever asked is for members to follow simple rules, but they refuse to do so. Both the advertisers and myself are the ones footing the bill for paying you people, but for some reason many members think rules do not apply to them amd still deserve to be paid regardless. They are mistaken. If you cannot do the job that is asked of you, you will not be paid.

I also have partners in this business that are insisting that for me to receive their financial assistance, that I get rid of the rule breakers. This, in their mind, is job one.

Within the next seven days, expect the membership to go down considerably. These deletions apply to any member breaking rules, regardless if you only have 25 cents in your account or $500, there will be no discrimination.

And seriously, I don't care if the entire get Paid Forum knows that this is happening. The members being deleted did it to themselves.

As far as a deleted member re-signing up, I do not see that happening in the immediate future.

All deletions will also have the recepients work history avaiable to them by writing. legal@allyousubitters.com.
Complete documentation available from that address on request. If you are found to have cheated the program and received monies undeserved, we will take whatever legal methods available to us to collect this money back.

OK now, this may be the reason why you got deleted ... sorry for you, and, we may not be able to rejoin this program! .... ah.gif ah.gif ah.gif ah.gif

I applaud you for coming in here, it takes alot to come and apologize in public.
As for mikes, there have been a couple times that I had clicked the next link by acc. before the timer expired and it just restarted the timer with the new ad and you didnt get credit for the other one. With kids jumping on your lap it is very easy to click on something by acc. Only other program that I acc. clicked another link was Noeys and it wont give you ANY credit if you do, but I emailed her because I dont want to be accused as a cheater and she understood.

We are all human, mistakes happen and no one is perfect. Best of luck to you!

I think it's just stupid. If I got 5 emails with 3 links in each, I could click the 1st link in each one of them amd open them each in a new window, then the 2nd, etc. As long as they are different programs. As soon as I see the email I know if I want to join, watching a site for 10 seconds or 60 seconds is not going to change my mind.
Becca Sue
i still have not recieved a reply to my 2 emails and the pm he sent me saturday saying he would get back with me this last weekend...

my question is this: does anyone know if he sent an email out saying the terms had changed reqarding opening mulitple emails at once?

I don't think he did
kglaser
I don't remember seeing a mail like that, and I read all the mails, contact or otherwise.
Becca Sue
and thats why i think it would be unfair to delete members accounts for that simple reason...nowhere did he let us know that the terms had been changed. I will admit i opened more than one link at a time...that is because no where did it say we could not...is that the reason my account is gone? It could be but i dont know for sure...but i would like an email or pm letting me know that is the case...ANd then i would fight for reinstating my account...I read the terms when i first signed up for AYS when it launched...i dont recall ever seeing that...he may have changed it...and then not let anyone know, when he changed to the new scripts. I love this program became an executive member about a month or so after i joined have been paid almost 75.00 and was already qualified for my 50.00 on june 1st
recieved my last mail early morning june 2nd like 1am and then my account was gone...I am in no way bad mouthing and never will but all i want is an answer

When a webmaster changes his terms and or faq in a major way he should send an email to all members regarding this. I think it's the same in the USA as in The Netherlands and a lot of other countries when terms are beeing changed and the owner of a program doesn't tell everybody the new terms doesn't count. You have to notify everybody on that.
Becca Sue
i do read the terms from time to time...he hadnt been over to the new scripts very long before my account went MIA...i went and read them about 3 days ago...and that when i saw that he had changed it
auxilary
i know what you mean, i read the terms myself only when WM emailed something saying about terms... ac.gif
wvufan68
Actually, if you think about it, the new terms more than likely came with the new scripts. With the old scripts, there was no timer, so once the page loaded, we, as individual members, decided how long to stay at the site. Was there a way for the WM to see how close together the links were clicked with the old scripts? That option may not have been available, but now it is.

Did that make sense? lol

If a webmaster decides to change the terms, he should inform his members about it. All webmasters do so, but not Linder. He just wanted to set a trap for us. He knew that a lot people will click multiple links, giving him a good reason for not paying them.

Sad but true - he's just doing everything he can to find reasons for not paying.

I agree, this is just good excuse for deleting members. ah.gif ah.gif am.gif
New CC scripts have those new anti-cheat timers, so if he wish to use them, he has any right to do so.
I think he can use them, becouse high paying rate ac.gif

But deleting members like this is ###### ar.gif am.gif am.gif am.gif

Also chenging terms for worse to members is not OK.
And he has to send emails to members abouth this!!!

But even with new terms it is not OK to do this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
He has good scripts and then why he don`t use them ao.gif ao.gif ak.gif ak.gif ak.gif

You are absolutely rigt, this was an escuse just to delete accounts with balances and not pay. If he has this kind of rules in place...since the new script...he has done a lousy job...at making them known....when he deleted my account his new script was not even ready...and his...links were not working. He has not send an e-mail...with the latest rules to me at least...I do not know about the other people...so he is just using his kakines to delete members. Making rules on the fly is not right.

If he is unhapy with a member...he should pay their money first then delete them....not take over your money...and tell you to F.... yourself...he is and SOB.....disgusting....and despicable what triks some of this people will use not to pay......

As I mention before ...when an employer fire you he pays what is due to you.... not hold your pay check.....

Linder has every right to set any rule he wants. All PTRE's are not created equal.

If you don't like it, tough. It doesn't make it a scam.

Maybe he should have sent out an e-mail detailing the change in TOS....but then again....how many of you read the TOS before signing up? I doubt many of you did.

It's always wise to review a sites TOS periodically so you don't run into situations like this.

Linder has paid me in the past...and I have no worries about being paid in the future. Cries of scam aren't going to change my stance.
