Ok they're good, but they pay?

I will try it

All banners on my website will go to them so I think I will get 100$ fast. If they pay, why sell banners to advertisers?

The reason you sell banners to members is because you can charge more than you would earn on a CPM from them.

Also you control the banners displayed.

And you earn faster from members purchases rather than having to wait the NET 40 days that most those companys have.
