As many of you know (people I paid to sign up under me in mp4e) I have been waiting for payment from AYS for quite some time now.
About a month and a half ago, maybe 2, they changed scripts (after 3 months of not paying). I thought this might speed up payments etc. However, since then, I have never recieved ONE email.
So I emailed the admin about it. No reply.
About 2 weeks later (now) I emailed her again (politley). Again, no answer. At that point last night, I had $30 in my account, and 14 VERY active refferals, I also had a gold membership, which if you looknow, costs $50, it did not cost me that when I bought it, but if I were ever to return to AYS, I'd have to pay $50 for that gold membership.
This afternoon, I try to log in, only to find that my account has been deleted (no I did not click the unsibscibe button). I had $30 in my account there, and I had spent $10 on advertising, and $12 on a gold memebrship when I joined. $52
They STOLE $52 of MY money.
They NEVER replied to emails.
They FAILED to pay their members.
They CLOSED my active account (clicked ptr, which made me active, however, I never recieved emails).
They NEVER emailed me.
I hope you all will join me in helping get my account back, or boycotting the program.
Used to be my favorite program. And now they cheated me out of my money.

first off sorry to hear this
second i'm not a member but I do know some members recived an email which was obviously sent by some one who had gained access to the owners email account and not from the owner.
It is possible that they are experienceing problems from a hacker or attempted hack, if they have go into the owners email account they could have possibly done alot more damage, and would account for the reason they have not responded to you
Good luck and I hope all works out ok

They're still sending plenty of emails...
They still have plenty of PTC...
They do answer to emails (at least, everytime I emailed them)...
The only thing that's a bit of a worry is that they're transferring the old earnings rather slowly. I've used the request form 4 times.

I know they have been sending emails, but they havent been sending ME emails, thats why I emailed them.

Put yourself in my place. Currently, I have about $50 in my paypal account, and about $30 in my back account, and $60 in my wallet. Thats it. In about a week I'll have $150ish from making a computer, but aside from that... thats it.
Now, how would you feel if (in my place) suddenly, your most profitable and favorite GPT stopped sending you emails after not paying you when they should, then eventually deleted your account which you had invested money in, money which you simply do not have.
You'd be pretty ###### too.

I wish the Admin from AYS would start responding to these types of postings. I am willing to give AYS a chance to get over the rough corners but, no reply just makes thing look bad.
Come on AYS, please reply so we know you care about us users! I know you are reading these messages! - LOL!

The quantity of e.mails from AYS does seem to have diminished greatly over the past couple of days. Maybe this means it's getting back up to full speed.

Not sure but I thought they had stopped allowed people to pay others to sign up quite a while ago?
maybe that is the problem?

When they were getting to launch the new site they sent out a paid email sending everyone to the main page to log-in...it said something to the effect that if you didn't log in to the new site within a certain time frame your old account would be deleted...I remember this because I had a hard time logging in.
Spartaman did you get that email? I'm bringing this up because the time frame coincides somewhat with when you are saying that you last received any correspondence from them...
I hope you get it straightened out...good luck!

I must have missed that E-mail. Gotta double check.
I hope they continue soon as well. Let's face it, there is more people not having a problem with AYS than are having a problem (I am one of the former). It's just the lack of communication in this forum that makes things look bad for him.

I was paid $99 via money order in 2 weeks from AYS after joining in Feb. After that, my account was put on 30 day hold to ensure that my referrals stayed active. I had no problem with this because they were paying $1 per referral at the time. Thanks to cheaters, the site took that promo away and I don't blame them. With the new scripts being transferred I have earned over $1000 with AYS and I have over 500 referrals in my 6 levels. I submitted my request for payout about one week ago. The true test will be to see what happens with my account! Sorry that some of you have lost money, think I feel. I've dumped quite a bit in advertising to get my referral base this high and all my gold memberships were purchased in an effort for more advertising of my link to AYS. I'll bet I've spent over $200 in an attempt to advertise the site. I did so because the site was so lucrative.
I'll let you know how it turns out!

This was the last email recieved on the 14 june hopefully it answers some questions
I have not had a problem as yet with AYS here hoping it stays that way
DELETION PHASE BEGINS
It is suggested that you read, comprehend and save this email for future reference.
AYS membership base contains thousands of hardworking, honest and ethical members.
These members have been extremely patient thru the last months of transition.
There is no way that these members would understand the fraudulent activity that is being attempted within the 'fraudulent' memberships, unless you viewed each documented offense found.
There is documented fraudulent activity in each and every benefit that AYS offers to members.
AYS Administration has no choice. If the program is to remain, there will be Zero Tolerence.
AYS Administration has decided to move forward.
Every account will be reviewed.
No Discrimination - your 'user account information' including work history will be the only factors.
Any account found to be in any violation - will be terminated immediately. Members removed from the database will receive zero communication/effort from the administration, the account will be documented and forgotten.
Membership expectations:
1) complete/accurate 'user account info' profile-
AYS expects all information to be complete and accurate.
2) 1 ad per minute - 'timer' is supplied
Members are expected to give each ad, both Paid Emails and Paid 2 Click Banner Ads, 60 seconds view time.
As our Terms firmly state, opening Paid Ads at the same time in multiple windows to allow timers to "run out" and receive credit for those ads is grounds for immediate termination.
Our advertisers pay good money for their ad to be read solo, that is what members signed up to do, AYS will not tolerate members who do not follow this procedure.
multiple email credits in the same minute = fraudulent activity
3) Members are soley responsible for receiving AYS emails. If any emails are returned to AYS for any reason the members AYS account will be deleted.
4) Members are expected to read Admin/emails, members who disreguard informational emails and question content in any manner, will be deleted.
5) Multiple Accounts - Deleted
The entire "deletion phase" will be completed prior to opening 'business as usual'.
Also, as this is being done, transfers will also be taken care of with our valid members only.
Business as usual will return when AYS Administration is assured that all members within the database have been verified to contain only members who desire to follow the terms and conditions expected.
This will impact every member in some way.
Members with a downline may see thier referral count reduced. Do Not ask why? They are no longer a part of the AYS program. Therefore, no longer in your downline.
AYS elite members will have the assurance that the AYS program will be in existance for a long time to come, adding benefits and issuing payments in the usual time frame expected.
Any member deleted that wants to protest their deletion, may write to: legal@allyousubmitters.com.
Be forewarned, all correspondence is forwarded to our attorney's for review of your account from the day you joined. If in any way your account has been paid due to fraudulent activity, we will seek out whatever means necessary to recover fraudulent previous payments and all fees associated.
If any member would like us to show the results of their work history and the reason for deletion,
email: aysadmin@allyousubmitters.com
Subject: Documentation
Body: include your User ID and Email address
AYS will post your requested information publicly via Special Banned Page on AYS website or any/all public GPTR forums, at AYS convenience. You are no longer a priority.
AYS Administration is looking forward to working with all AYS Elite Members.
Thank You for tolerating this ludicrous situation.
