As a temporary measure, users in the group 'New Members' will no longer be able to use the PM system.
This has been implemented to combat the sudden increase in PM Spam from people that sign up just to abuse this facility. I am working on a new group for new signups that will require that they read and agree to the Forum Rules as well has having restricted access to other forum areas.
There are still many members in the group 'New Members' that have been here for a long time and have over 20 posts, but because they have not posted in a 'post counting' area since this group was implemented (well over a year ago), they have not yet been 'promoted' to Full Member. As has been explained several times before, all they have to do is make one post in a 'counting' part of the forum and they will be auto-promoted to their correct group.
Current 'New Members' will need to use the 'Get Paid Forum Issues' folder to contact staff with any problems as they cannot use the PM system. The 'Report Post' function should still be available irrespective of this measure.
