Advertise on the site of the reflinks to PTR- and PTC-programs and earn the refcommissions.

Do you mean if you own the website? If so there are many ways...the best is to place affiliate links from programmes such as amazon, allposters, clickbank, etc. If you have good quality traffic you can join advertising programmes such as Adsense or Burstmedia.
Best of Luck.

you could create a website dedicated to the program you use then just promote that. You dont make money by yourself you need referrals

Your own website? -Adsense, CPA*Lead, LoudMo, CPX*Interactive, Adbrite etc. -- Really depends what your niche is and how much traffic you can pull!

Use different ways of advertising like adsense, loudmo, cpa or something else.
If your website is active and you get lots of visitors you can sell banner spaces or something else. Be creative

Or instead of using adsense you could dedicate your program to getting refferals for GTP sites.

Find a niche (requires a lot of research) and build a website or blog around it. Once that is done, you will need to promote it (to get traffic) then figure out how to monetize it.

It is going to require a minimum investment to start an online business. You will need to do 3 things
1) Create a Website - you can do this free
2) You will need to secure a domaing name. This cost on average about $10/year
3) Choose a hosting company. There are some free hosting services but they have some conditions but if money is a real issue this may be the way you need to start. Otherwise on average hosting company is about $10/month.

All I can say is that the other ways of earning from your own website (eg. CPA and other known traffic and seo techniques) has not worked for me (not that they cannot work). I found them to cost intensive at the level of entry where I would have to work at the same time learning.
What works from any website is to find something that works and reproduce it as best as you can for others to follow.
Startup with a good PTR like DonkeyMails or PTC like Neobux, and you will be on your way!

I would like to get a website as well. I am on an extremely limited buget (aren't we all) and would like to keep it as cheap as possible, if not free. Where I am having my problem is that I am having a hard time trying to find sources that give me a "dummies" guide to starting a website. The few places I have found are ebooks that they want to charge for. I know there has to be a free resource out there. Does anyone know of any? Thanks

Many people are asking these questions ,people always want to earn money just at home,I want to do too. There are such minds I searched:
1、Advertising commissions - if you have a web site that
attracts 1000s of visitors a day from the search engines,
you can offer to place a banner or link on your site for a
fee that you collect each month. You set it up once, then
collect the passive residual income.
2、 Affiliate Programs - passive income is derived from
setting up a web site that presells a companies products.
The parent company provides the products, tracks the sales
and gives you a commission for each sale. Find companies
that offer large commissions, and will track clients for
multiple sales over a long period of time (ie lifetime)
so you can get recurring commissions. Make sure they offer
multiple tiers (at least 2) for sales. ie you still get
paid if one of your affiliates makes a sale.
3、Pay Per Click Campaigns - you can make money instantly
by setting up a Google AdWords campaign for your product or
affiliate program. If there are not too many competitors
promoting the same product and it is in high demand, you
can earn a good passive income. Creating several successful
campaigns will multiply the amount you can make.
4、Referrals - create a network of people that offer
services or products related to your business. Ask for a
commission every time you refer someone. For example as a
web designer, I sometimes refer clients to graphic designers,
search engine optimization experts, copywriters and database
designers especially when I don't have the time to do the
work myself or it is outside my area of expertise.
5、Create a membership site - if you are an expert in your
field and can provide the resources, knowledge and support,
you can charge a monthly fee to gain access to your
membership site. The more members you gain, the more money。
I hope this can help you.
you make. Because you are an expert in your field, you can
also recommend other products and services to your members,
from which you earn commissions.

One caveat about trying to charge for Banner impressions is that banners CTR have really gone done a lot.
But of course people still click on them. It just takes lots of banner impressions to get a click through. And that does not guarantee a response to the banner ad either.
You are looking at between 0.10% to 0.13% CTR for banners. Some would say that even those numbers are unlreastic. So you would need to serve 1000 unique page views for that banner before a person clicked the page on average.
The most recent info I have found is that 100,000 banners sell for about $20 US maybe even less US. Glanced over at Donkey and they were selling Banners for about $10 per 100,000 views. I imagine sites that aren't PT oriented my get better CTR and could charge more.
Just something to keep in mind.

Also, it will depend on which country you live in and what their legislation permits. You are in the USA?

To make money on your website you need to have some advertisers. You can have them by joining various affiliate groups. The next thing is to acquire traffic through your website which will soon convert into a real cash.
The goal of a webmaster to earn from their own website is to gain traffic because without it there is no money that can be made.

I believe that the quality of the content that you have on your website will determing the quality of the traffic that will click on the advertising links. From my experience I would say that technology blogs perform quite good.

wouldn't recommend trying to make money with a free host, get to much traffic or for any reason they don't like the way your doing it they will shut u down.
