For people with websites, what are the best ways to track user traffic and the best ways to earn money with advertisements on the website or blog???
I don't like Adsense because it only pays in cheque. Are there any good ways to earn money with paypal from advertisements in websites (be specific)??
Also what ways are there improve the sites?

the question is how much time you want to invest in building up your websitetraffic. buying traffic is a good way but only if your advertisers
pay high and fast. Otherwise i would prefer to do a blog which is interesting and then make little seo on this page, because the users
you can get through search engines like google are free and that can be really much.

Getting traffic isnt that hard. but you need a lot of content! instead of making 1 blog, make 20 that each target very specific, related keywords. bind those blogs together by making blog posts that refer to your other blogs, websites, etc...


Bidvertiser pays trough paypal, but you get less $$ then when you want to use paypal. the minimum payout is only $10 tough


I track visitors using... a tracking script ofcourse, I wrote it myself however... not a big deal if you know how to program php.

The best way I have come across for user stats is Google Analytics which you can get from a Google Webmasters Tool account. I also use my host provider HostGator tools which is a little better.

Hey try using this website called pingomatic. It sends your blogs to search engines in order for it to be tracked by people. I just signed up to it today. It was real easy and pretty straight forward. Hope this helps.

They are many ways to get visitors to your website, try making vidoes and broadcasting them on youtube, try advertisting on social sities like facebook, and twitter.

Getting visitors to your website takes time and effort. Do the following:

- SEO with proper keyword research (extremely important or you'll fail in getting search engine traffic)
- Related blog commenting
- Related forum posts with you signature
- Video marketing on youtube an others, use TubeMogul.com to spread your videos on multiple video sharing sites
- Yahoo answers
- Social bookmarking, get bookmarking demon to leverage your social marketing or Icansoft social bot (cheaper)
- Article marketing (time consuming but worth)
- Twitter (for fast traffic but hard to convert)
- Facebook groups and fan pages
- spread your RSS feeds
- use Ping.fm to update multiple social networks with you message
- start a wordpress or blogger blog (this helps)
- squidoo lens, hubpages

1.use a good keyword in your website
2.write some articles or blogs about your site on some demotic related places.
3.post your link in some high-clicking forums.
4.you can use fachbook and Youtube or Twitter to promote your site.

I do use Statcounter for tracking down my visitors traffic. As to the Adsense, they have provided Western Union as a new form of cashing out your earnings. To further improve your website, what you simply need is an effort to write good contents and promote them.

What I personally found is that it takes some ingenuity, hard work and time to promote and improve a website, especially for keywords with high competition.

i think that the best way is simply through content. on a local level it is easy to dominate a large number of keywords. Use the google keyword external tool to estimate the volume of search traffic, then add pages dedicated to each of the popular keywords. it may take more time, but you will increase in page rank for keywords.

I use webmaster tools for tracking plus a program that my web host provides.
