I am having some issues with endEarning.com and was hoping for some help or insight. I received my check and it was misplaced. It is now out of date and the bank will not accept it. I have tried to contact SendEarning via the support email with NO response. I have contact CotterWeb and the email response from them was that I needed to contact SendEarning. I have gone thru the site and there isn't any email contact information as such and this issue isn't covered in the contact us drop down information. I find it hard to believe that this issue hasn't come up before and that I am the first person to have this problem. I just want a replacement check or a credit applied to my account... if there is a fee to get this done then at least contact me and let me know.

You probably aren't going to like my reply but I don't think Send Earnings owes you either one (credit or replacement check). They sent you payment - you received it. It's not the company's fault you misplaced it and it became outdated.

So why should they pay you twice? And before you say it - yes I realize you didn't cash the check before it was no longer any good - but that is your responsibility - not Send Earnings.

And a question for you - most checks don't "expire" for usually a year - why did you wait so long after you lost it? They could have stopped payment on that check and reissued you a new one. bn.gif

Everyone is entitled to they opinions but along with opinions you should also make sure you have ALL of the facts.

1. The check is less than a year old and I was told that since it was over 90 days old that I couldn't be cashed or deposited. I also thought checks were valid for at least 180 days, it was an after the notice that it says void after 90 days.

2. I have been trying to get an answer from SendEarning since October of 2009 without any replies.

3. If a check has never been cashed they wouldn't be paying me twice.

4. I never said anything about the check being LOST, I said it was misplaced... I have the check in front of me.

5. Is there an email address that will get a response from SendEarning?

Then you waited beyond the time the check was valid - but you were paid.

Maybe you already have your answer - you didn't cash it before it expired.
3. If a check has never been cashed they wouldn't be paying me twice.
As I said - they paid you - you didn't cash it before it expired - your loss. They fulfilled their part.
4. I never said anything about the check being LOST, I said it was misplaced... I have the check in front of me.
Misplaced/lost same difference - you didn't cash it before it expired - you were paid.
5. Is there an email address that will get a response from SendEarning?
Have no clue - not a member.

So what "facts" did I miss? You were paid - you didn't cash it before it expired - your mistake, your loss.
