I preter payments in paypal and a decent pay per click no less than 0.5 cents with a standard account

Off the topic Bux.ee has their pay out disabled at the moment.

Thanks for the information, but its ok alertpay cashout is still avaliable although I do prefer paypal.

I just re-checked and both payment methods are inactive.

You right I misunderstood. Even though AlertPay have removed restrictions cashout is still locked for both for some reason.
By the way how did you ad a signature?
