by now to pay better attention. I don't remember this being the payout terms when I joined in March, but this is what it says now:
1st time payout, you must have $4.00 USD in Personal Earnings at which time your sign up bonus of $3.00 will be added to that payout.
I have 3.04 cents, that other .96 cents is going to be a long time coming.
Now get this, it really bugs me:
Referral Bonuses will be paid when your referral reaches their 2nd Payout, otherwise we'd be paying out $7 for $4 in. We may change this depeSnding on the money coming in versus going out.SS

I promoted this and have 14 members for a total of 42.00. The odds of me ever seeing even one 3.00 referral payment are astronomical.

So I will apologize here to those 14 that signed up under me.

Yeah, I just quit that one this week. The owners seem like awfully nice people but if I don't make $1/month with a program I drop it...it was just too many clicks for points that didn't convert to much.

i can't stand it when a gptr has crazy confusing terms like that. i want it clear: once i reach the minimum, i will get paid. i don't want to deal with something like "Referral Bonuses will be paid when your referral reaches their 2nd Payout". i mean, it makes sense & all...

What I don't get is that all their redemptions show ads for pts but how do you get those ads if they keep converting your pts to almost nothing? Looks like I'll be dumping this one. I'll be going back to school full time and working there is no way I can spend the time on crap like this.

take this what you will....I USED to play Paul's Starryeyed Lotto (who owns Star Ad Money)....won a bunch of tickets...great!! BUT also, in the course of a few months (Sept.-Oct or so 2002) won FOUR $1.00 prizes....it's been what, 7+ months since I claimed the last $1.00 prize? To date, I have gotten TWO of them ...and THAT was just for a dollar, how long do you think it'll take to get paid more? I joined Star Ad thinking maybe Paul would realize he still owed me lotto winnings....god knows I'd emailed him enough (about once a month or so)....he didn't answer me the last 5 times so I quit Star Ad....maybe y'all have good responses from him...and if ya have...good for you! Just passing on my experiences with the owner!
