I dunno either but I wish I did. I just bought a gold membership from him about 2 weeks ago in Jays paid Mails. And I have been heavily promoting his sites this month. Im starting to think that Ive just sent a whole lot of money down the drain. Ive been trying to contact him about sending out my gold membership ads an I havent gotten a response in weeks. I would really like to know whats going on JAY!

Well if he doesn't get back soon he is going to lose a lot of members and advertisers. Not to mention his hosting business. Lots of angry, worried, frustrated people posting at that forum.

I thinks it's pretty understandable that people are getting mad/worried.
If you go to a supermarket, pay for stuff but are uncertain when or if you're ever going to receive the things you bought, I'd be mad too!

I understand that having personal troubles or family problems is very hard, but GPTR sites and hosting are businesses, and you can't just leave your custumers for weeks without letting them know what's going on. They have a right to expect the service that they paid for, and if they're not getting it that's really bad business.

yeah - most people would like take the 30 seconds needed to inform people or have a trusted person deliver the message or SOMETHING... but thats not jays style apparently...

i sent an email to sherry AGES ago (i swear, it's been months) asking if i was allowed to give away my account (not sell, just give away) & haven't gotten an answer. i've been hearing some very ugly things about jay, his programs, & his hosting.

no one seems to know what's happening. jay's phone has been disconnected. i wouldn't be surprised if they're in tahiti!!

Had the same thought Jaikula - was trying to find the post at jay's. If I remember correctly, the person whose site was hacked had contacted an attorney. Was after that that everything stopped. If I find it will post the link

I remember reading a thread on jays forum and some one who had acused jay of hacking their site. Some one had a site hosted at jays and aparently sherrys ref url was showing up more often than it should have been and she ended up with a huge downline. I don't remeber all the details but I do know that it got to the point where they were both in contact with a lawyer over it........

Yes and I saw that post as well.

And considering that Jay himself got banned from here for being abusive and that, I'm really tending to not believe what he says. Besides, that email which was sent out by sugarcents was from her host and if it is to do with this, then it looks like Jay is in serious trouble here.


I do know that sugarcents was with Jaydillar then moved to another host and that is when trouble started to happen. I also dont really trust Jay, sorry to say, Another-PTR WAS hosted with him, but also moved due to the fact that Jay had hijacked his domain name back to himself actually owning it.


PS: I have never seen more than 1700 members for sugarcents.

I'm the LAST person to defend Jay but this is nuts.

You have taken bits and piececs of information and strung it together to make it seem like the reson Jay isn't around is nefarious or criminal.

You have NO PROOF of anything but once again put in your 2 cents like you usually do.

As much as I may like or dislike Jay's method of handling things, ,I doubt that ANY of us could go through what he and Sherry have and remain sane.

Lets say Jaikula is right, He would be out on bail. Thus be home and able to do his online work.

Something else has happen. For all we know he could be in the hospital having back to back surgeries on his foot that was badly damage for different reasons like gangerea, blood posioning, whatever.

Also clickguy, read the link that I pasted that leads to a thread which I put up reguarding an email that was sent out from sugarcents. And look at the thread I posted and what I said about it. I only went there to see if there was anything up on there reguarding sugarcents, which if you are a member of Sugarcents you would know the link to there is within the members area.


Also, if there is an investigation happening, or even any sort of trial, it might be something that is still going on, only a month has past and some things last longer than a month. He could have been ordered by the courts to keep off the computers, yes I know someone else could post for him, but it depends on what the court order said.

Exactly my first thought. In fact venomx has probably sworn revenge on Jay, like he does with everybody else and is doing so by having stuff like that on his forum knowing that neither Jay nor Sherry can answer as he has banned them both. Another case of venomx not getting his own way and overreacting.

As you might know, Jay and I never exactly have been friends but am happy to see some who were there in good times still are there in bad times ... hope you're not alone

And I think that people who know what happens and are able to tell exactly what, why and how would be welcomed and would help a lot of people ... but in the meanwhile the rest is only speculations and by reading what happened the last months in different forums, people should be able to make their own opinion and decide where they stand before knowing for sure what is going on

I was sent this thread by one of my members and they asked me if I knew what was going on. The answer is no - I have not a clue as to what is going on with Jay & family - I do not belong to any of his site - I deleted myself from them when I changed hosting. Now it is true that Jay and I have had our disagreements. And yes it is true that I contacted an attorney. And yes it is true that my hacking of site and personal computer is being handled by proper authorities. I did publish the letter that my web host sent me on the intrusion report...but if you READ it...it is NOT an accusation - it is just a report on "HOW & WHEN" the hacking came-but it could have been done by anyone using Jay's portal...I've NEVER said Jay hacked my site...and yes as far as I know there is an on going investigation - but, I'm not previe to the details.

And yes - Sugarcents is a small Paid to read site. But one of the reason that I am small is because my database is not inflated - I clean out inactives and cheaters - I do not send mail through a "mass mailer" - I use a subscription list to do mailings - a member can only do the PTC section if they desire. I run clean and because I have kept my site clean I've been able to continously up the rate of pay to my members, reduce advertisers rates and give personal service. I've moved forward since I took control of my site - yes there have been some problems...but, my members are always told about them and I get them taken care of. That is my job.

I really hope all of you find the truth and things in PTR get on an level plane again. This is a good industry - if it done right. We all have our own opinions as to what makes things right - and thus differences in the world.

I hate when people write about things they "know about but can't tell". That is gossip.

If someone does know and CAN tell, great. I too am curious. I'm also terrified that somethinghas happened to their sick child. NOBODY deserves the pain Sherry and Jay have had to live through with their children !!!

K here are the facts regarding the HOSTED SITES.

I posted this over on jof on 05-30


If I could share a little insight.

I spoke with John today and asked him what was going with Jay and his server, as every time I came here (for the last 5 days) I see that some sites are still down, and no support is being given.

(Keep in mind that John has no support responsibility to the hosting customers, he is in a co-location contract with Jay.)

What he told me is this:

The server Jay has co-located at MyECom Hosting was sent to John by Jay. The box was not the best. John told Jay he needed some new parts for the box. Jay said he would send them. They never arrived. The box has since crashed and the data is NOT retrievable.

So, if you are hosted on that server/box at MyECom the following apply:

1) All your data has been lost. (IF Jay did not make backups of the server.)

2) Jay has not contacted John at all regarding this problem. So he has no idea if Jay is working on taking care of you guys/gals.

3) If you have a recent backup you are in good shape, for if and when the current server is fixed or you are moved again to a new one. You will be able to upload the back up.

4) Is a suggestion which may cause my head to get bitten off, but here goes.

If a week comes and goes and you have had no support from Jays hosting, I would suggest you move to a new host. The money your losing with your site being down will end up being more than what you have paid for hosting to date.

Anyway, I know I have no good or probably NEW news. But, I felt I should post what I did know. Hopefully this info will help you to either wait comfortably or start planning your next move.

This is me guessing: As of today no one has heard from Jay on the crashed server/lost data.

Bottom line: customers of his hosting company have been left hanging.

And they need to move on to another host and start over with the most recent back up they have.

If you need a copy of the install instructions so you can give to your new host, contact me. or If you need help with moving and uploading database, drop me a line and I will help where I can when my time is free, I'm working on a few orders right now, so I won't be available until early next week.

And I can probably point in the direction of a good hosting comp, middle of the road cost, but reliable. They are running a transfer special, transfer to them and get 1 month hosting free.

This is also interesting. John Stilwel seems to know what is going on with Jay.

They made sound business sense.

Whether jay is nice, scam, a hero, a jerk is not important!

If you own a site and aren't getting the support you need, move. Don't think 2x about it. Doesn't matter WHO the host is!!!

Business is business!


As for what Mr. Stilwell knows or doesn't..... Hmmmm pretty easy to make the situation look any way you want since there is no information coming in first hand!

I can understand that people need to do what they have to in order to keep their business going. When the server is down for so long, you need to change hosts, I agree.

What bothers me about this thread is that there is a lot of speculation & reading between the lines going on here. Maybe it is a family problem and has nothing to do with the internet, maybe it does have to do with the internet, we don't know. Instead there are people jumping to conclusions and can ruin Jaydillar's business without having all of the facts. Jay can't even come on here to straighten out the situation when he does return, so a lot of people will just take all of this speculation and jump to the wrong (or maybe right) conclusion and take others with them and ruin this man's business without a second thought.
