You are free to advertise any site written predominantly in English so long as there are none of the following on it: gambling, 0 iframes, pornography, nudity, hate, racism, warez, or anything else that someone would be embarrassed or have a tough time explaining if they had a child sitting on their lap and the child was exposed to it.
