i thought by the third week of a new month , previous month payment will be made? but have yet heard anything from them about my april cashout.

The ad bar never has any adds. The mini page has one or three adds everytime I chack and only revieved one paid email.

no, i haven't email them , waiting for them to contact me regarding the cashout (i read from their march news, knowing they be contacting member when it time to cashout and checking their payment mode to make sure it accurate)

Cronus1, the answer is referrals. Horizonsurfer actually started many months back and at the time I promoted it and got a lot of referrals, down 5 levels. Then the site was suddenly gone for months and I thought it was dead for sure.

Then unexpectedly it came back, and still some time later the adbar was launched. It actually was displaying ads all the time during the first month it was launched (April I think). So with the referrals and also myself using the adbar, it added up quickly.

when i first joined, the minisite is always on the go , and when the adbar is launch everything is ok, but now my minisite and adbar always come up the message sayin that due to a large grow of member...blah blah blah.....you're not being for this ads....blah blah blah.....

Exactly tiffany that's why I am asking There are programs that i HAVE NO REFERALS BUT AT LEAST I HAVE MADE A DOLLAR IN THREE WEEKS. hORIZAN HASN'T SENT OUT AN AD NOR DOES THE AD BAR DISPLAY. aS FOR THE MINISITE (OOOPS sorry bout the caps press the lock) If I am lucky I'll get to see 1- 3 ads a week. Common now even with no referals I shouldn't be at 6 cents.

i too have no referrals but cause i joined on march 03 , at that time i can always surf the minisite regardless of having advertisment or not.
i use it very often but now ........well it's ok , i ' m on autosurf now....

Oh well I am gonna cancel my account with them there is no point in getting 6 cents a month. If I stay I won't even be able to buy a chocolate bar in 12 months with the earning

well, I have $18.00 + that has been AUDITED. But since I can't joint PP, I have wait to for check payment, unless they are able to get E-gold/stormpay by July [that's what they hope to do]
