I upgraded a few days ago and submitted my ads and all that, but am still not seeing the upgrade posted to my account and the ads haven't run yet. Just wondering how long it takes for this to be applied? I've gathered that there are some health issues which might be slowing things down so if that's the case just let me know and I'll wait.
Thanks.

If you trawl through support or all of Ron's posts then you will see he is totally honest with us widdle bears about his health. And Ron has made sure that if he can't continue running Tesas, someone he trusts will. It is not me, so the site is safe from an idiot who knows nothing about running a site.

Well, the site is safe from one particular idiot...
Just kidding, Blyth!!! (Nobody called you an idiot. As far as you know.)

The quick answer is that I have chronic lower back pain that I've learned to live with, upper back pain that feels like a burning arrow in my back every time i take a breath, HCV, cirrhosis and the recent addition is liver cancer. Doctors in this country, especially those with the VA, refuse to critically treat anyone who falls into the category of obese (2/3 of the US). Consequently, I'm either sleeping the lion's share of the day or, when the pain gets incapaciting, I take an oxycontin 20 mg TR which takes the edge off the liver cancer pain for about 15 hr but makes me so loopy that i cannot remember what happened a few minutes ago. The last time this happened, I tried processing redemptions but couldn't remember what to do with them.
Other than that, life is peachy and we have attained world peace.
So, to answer your query, as soon as I can stay awake and can see well enough to do anything other than wipe the blurriness away every few minutes, I'll get the others done, some of whom have been waiting for 2 months, and I'll get to yours. When will this happen? I have no clue. Soon, I hope.

Ouch! I can understand the back pain, as I've had a disk removed from my neck and have 3 more herniated there and 3 in my lower back. Luckily, I don't have the obesity or the cancer. Unfortunately, I don't have the pills to help with the pain so I try to keep my sense of humor. Sounds like you're doing the best you can with that, too. I applied to the VA to get medical coverage recently but it sounds like it doesn't matter all that much if they give it to me or not. Very sad to hear how they're treating you. Best of luck with all of that.
As for the upgrade, I did hear a rumor that there was an idiot around who'd just love to help you out with that!!!!

Not this idiot though. I know less than nothing about programming. Can write an ad but not process it.

There's no programming involved, the scripts take care of that. All there is is a lot of repitition and checking all the links to ensure there are no 0 iframes. Hey, if I can do it, anybody can

Can I withdraw my request for the upgrade? If it's not going to be processed I'd rather use the points for other advertising.
Thanks.

If possible, I'd rather just reverse the redemption.

hi I have a problem with my upgrade.
After submitting (with my points) an upgrade (from free to annual tea cup upgrade) a lot of months ago, I was never able to receive my benefits and to login into the reserved area. I tried a lot of times to submit a ticket but I never had an answer. Could you please help me?
Thanks

I see no upgrade redemptions since last Oct - and that one would have been processed by now - although I dont see it - but all I can do is reverse the redemption and let you try again - also you should have said something last year when you submitted the rquest - instead of waiting a year to find out why it qasn't processed and asking the new owner why the old owner did or didn't do something

I tried to write to the support several several times but I had no answers until I tried with this forum. I also read that other users had the same problem and that you were trying to solve the issue....
At the moment I still see on my account that I don't have a sufficient number of points to redeem my upgrade.
What can I do?
Bye

keep clickin away - you'll get there - it does take time and effort to get there but it is worth it

Or do what I did and still do. Pay money into your account and buy the points. That is how I upgraded. And I buy points for ads which are excellent value for PTP and Affliate pages. You will definitely make good money with your PTP ads here if you buy the points off other members to fund the ads.

Yes but this means that I lost all my 87.078 points (that I clicked with a long effort) without having anything back...I think it's not ritgh....

do you think its right that I give you a refund a year after purchase when you should have complained within 30 days? and left it for nearly a year? that is not my fault or responsibility - it is yours - you should have been on top of it right from the start - I stated back in feb or march that all upgrades were completed and if I missed your to let me know - that is when you should have said you missed me - not now when I can't go back and fix everything. - would you go to a store a year after you purchased something and say I bought it but never got it? - no because they would laugh at you for taking so long - stores have policy in place for such things - so do we- and it 30 days to complain - and that's generous because both Ron and I are very ill. I do feel for you - but a year is just to long to wait to complain and expect action to be taken

No, it doesn't. What it means is that I've been letting down the members of this site for far too long. I found your upgrade and, as per Site Policy when I have a couple brain cells bouncing off each other, it's effective from the time I get to it and not from the time whebn you redeemed for it.
Upgrade in place, effective today for 1 yr. Did you still want to use the ads you submitted with the upgrade? Looks like they're from My-PTR.info
